I second the post where they are all over you when they want a sale. Then if you have any questions or try to reach someone at the company they never answer and never return a VM or email. I have found this is how this company operates from HR to sales reps. Not a bad product but just don't have any questions after the purchase.
this dance floor is nice however it separates when danced on. I have been trying to reach someone from this company to give me advice on what I may be doing wrong but no one ever gets back to me. The sales representative was all over me while I was shopping but has been totally unavailable since the sale was completed.
