Good service, reasonable prices, knowledgeable people

We needed an anchor puller fixed. They fixed it for $68 and had it back in 3 days. They are very nice there.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!After 3 phone calls and 3 weeks of waiting for a call back I was finally able to set up an appointment. Should have been a simple job regarding an audio system for a high volume commercial company out of Clearwater beach. So after all the headache of trying to get sigma to come out they call me back about 3 times insisting to have the paycheck ready when they show up. And then at the last minute they call me and say they don t have enough time on the day of my appointment to even come out and give me an estimate.If you are a commercial company looking for a professional mechanic/technician TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

I have heard and read many positive reviews on Sigma Marine in Tarpon Springs. I live in Indian Rocks Beach, so it was a bit of a drive,but I stopped in on Saturday, well actually earlier today to look for a fishfinder/ gps and install on my 24ft CC. At 11:15 am I arrived at the store, they close at noon, so maybe that is why I had a crappy experience. The older gentelman, greated me by a, "hey what do you need" I was taken off guard, usually I'm the smart-ass, comeback guy. I thought, I would be looking at the face of a smiling cigar smoking captain, jacking with me....that' a big fat nope: the gray haired gentelman, looked at my puzzeled face and said,: what you looking for for". I told him I really didnt know, then said a FISHFINDER / GPS.. but that I really didnt know much about them..... Then I heard the words which solved my journey for the true meaning of life. I heard the "Garmin " theeere, yes yes, their advanced electronics with the lazer flex capacitor and lightning fast cryptonyte. Nope..... They're the hotest thing going on right now, Ill get you a catalog. This guy must of wanted to close early, that was all interaction they guy had with me. Oh except, when I told him I needed installation. He then gave me a figure of 250 to 300 for installation, wait!!! What, to install one cable and a power source, 550 for the budget Garmin then 250-300 for install. I hope their install is better than their Saturday help.

Very rude people there...... if you don't want to pay there price they hangup on you. Won't give you part numbers so you can shop around.

I am doing a 100 percent rebuild and these lovely amazing people have saved me a lot of money cheaper than amazon. Absolutely the best company I have done business with gets everything ordered and in same day if ordered by 10am and have all the essentials with out bending you over for them like west marine. Staff is just amazing you'll see .
