I bought a LAVOR COSTELATTION IR vacuum cleaner worth 3780 lei (via eMag) and it arrived incomplete, ie with a single vacuum brush and not with 3 as seen in the pictures or as described on the site. The seller is very arrogant and impertinent. He tried to convince me that it was actually a single accessory. The vacuum cleaner is by no means just 60 decibels with even a single engine running. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER TO ANYONE !!!
I got my money back after 33 days. SIFE UTILAJE was insensitive to the end retaining a "compliance fee" of 20% of the 3800 paid (the difference recovered from EMAG). I do not recommend in any case to buy from SIFEE UTILAJE!

Their boss is very arrogant. I bought a vacuum cleaner and the vacuum cleaner gave up after 4 months. They did not guarantee me that the appliance was in contact with water, in this context in which the appliance washes with water! The problem with the vacuum cleaner was a motor winding that was not caught properly, I tinned it and now it works flawlessly. Do not buy from this merchant! Find it even cheaper elsewhere. If anyone wants to sue me as a group, get in touch.

Avoid this company. I bought a concrete mixer I received a product, I was not satisfied and I made a return form with the specification that I do not want the money on the product and only the replacement of the product or defective parts. I was accepted the return, they sent the courier to me I handed over the concrete mixer and two days later a lady called me and gave me a phone number of the Director of the company. I called and I started to be scolded by Mr. "Director" (an arrogant and an ignoramus) and tells me I don't get used products on return and hang up. I spoke once more with the dance and I quote: "to shorten the discussion I will give you the number from the service and you will manage". When I asked where the concrete mixer was, he said "I'm not interested, it's not my product" and hung up. And I haven't received the concrete mixer yet. The only solution is Consumer Protection and a special road to Bucharest to solve the problem

I do not recommend, run away from this company, I bought from them an air compressor, which heats up immediately after starting and consumes oil, I contacted their boss, who made fun of me, because I do not know how to use it, very arrogant. The guarantee does not make money for them, nor the respect for customers, I mention that the product was in the 30 days when I announced that it did not correspond, I was explaining the problem, and the gentleman was trying to fool me with spells.

After some small information, the gentleman I talked to invited me to the store if I wanted more details and he closed completely rude and unprofessional.
