I started taking my kids here after a year of red tide and very bad allergy season. My son was miserable from sinusitis and allergies. Medications were no longer enough. Even Benadryl stopped working. I had to try something. After several trips to the salt room we saw improvement. I stopped going once he started getting better and right away his symptoms returned. I highly recommend the salt room to any person who suffers from allergies. This is a family friendly place. We love the salt room.

Enjoyed this place so much! It s relaxing and other than the session they have retail items including genstones, salt lamps, etc. I can t wait to return.

I have been to the Salt of the Earth . Several times for different things. I have brought friends with me and we all love it. Very calming and healthy. The main room is amazing for respiratory issues and the heated bed is heavenly and helps with information. There are other services that I haven t tried yet.

The salt room is beautiful and very relaxing. The entire place has a feeling of peace and serenity about it. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to go back.

I took my 2 1/2 year old little girl there when she was having some issues with a lasting cough and still needing to use a nebulizer after a cold weeks before. She had a great time in the children s room playing in the salt and her cough was gone, it truly helped her tremendously.

I loved going to Salt of thr Earth in Sarasota. Halotherapy is so soothing and helps to relieve any respiratory issues.. The atmosphere is calming . Dianna is so friendly & accommodating. Tho I enjoy going into her salt cave, . I love the privacy of the heated salt bed.
I would recommend any of the treatments offered. She even has a salt room for children. Very affordable especially if you get a package.

I have had such a great experience at Salt of the Earth. I have been going for a few weeks now. I started because of a bad cough I had for over 30 days and could not get to clear up. I find out about salt of the earth through a google search for cough remedies. I was using the salt room therapy simultaneously with chiropractic and acupuncture. It took consistency in all three to clear up my cough, but after EVERY visit to Salt of the Earth I noticed immediate improvements. After my first visit I had called a family member and even she commented on the fact that my voice sounded more clear and my cough was different as well. I am so grateful I fell upon Salt of the Earth in my search and I will continue to go for maintenance care!

I love Salt of the Earth. After a hectic day, my favorite place to be is on the salt bed. As I lie there, time disappears and my tension dissolves into the warm salt crystals. I drift off and come back into my senses as a new and refreshed person, balanced and relaxed. Oh, praises to Dianna and the salt!

Very healing atmosphere. Loved being able to lay down on the warm salt table. Used it to clear sinuses after a cold and it worked!

As a sufferer of Asthma I tried Salt of the Earth in the hope that it would ease my breathing. It worked like a dream and my lungs were significantly clearer and I did not have to use my nebulizer for a number of days afterwards.

It's the quality of health that I go to Salt of the Earth. Especially during cold and flu season. I also found myself in trouble during Red Tide, as long as I visited SOE, I knew I would get over the lung congestion, coughing, and breathing challenges.

This has been the best practice I found to help me breath naturally.
The facility is incredible, they educated me, gave me a tour, and the people were patient, kind, and very informed on the treatment!!!!

I went to The Salt of the Earth on Clark Road in Sarasota initially because of a bad bronchitis cough that I got in Eastern Europe. In Poland I visited a salt mine and spent the day there and I felt great. When I returned home, still struggling I went to SOTE. I started with the cutting edge salt booth, just 20 minutes of your busy day accomplishes wonders. For the second month I took the Himalyan Salt Room. It was relaxing as well as therapeutic, quiet and a cell-phone free environment. I found the homey business to be immaculate at all times, with lots of healing products. There are some other services a full-time acupuncturist, light therapy, a kid's room and even a salt table. I have not tried them all but look forward to coming back in the future and trying more services and products. Thank you so much for your quality and caring environment. I hope many more can experience both the services and the health benefits of SOTE.

Got this as a gift and was really thrilled with how calming it was. Quite beautiful and released some tension I had. Highly recommend to anyone needing calm, clean air that soothes the body.

We LOVE the kids room. It has done wonders for my son! Ever since he started daycare he has picked up every single bug, literally with a fever every 7-10 days, constant dr apts and needing albuterol for horrible cough turned to wheezing. Me missing work and he school every week. Fast forward to now, HE HAS NOT HAD 1 FEVER OR BREATHING TREATMENT IN OVER 30 DAYS. I cannot stress enough about how much of a relief this has been. The session is relaxing and enjoyable for us both. He loves the toys and playing in the salt. The owner is so friendly and accommodating. I wish we would have started sooner.

This place is absolutely wonderful! I love going in the salt booth when I want privacy. You can actually taste the salt! It's dispersed into the air perfectly!

This was our first time to Salt of the Earth. What made this establishment better than other one we have been to was the layout, it was more spacious. The salt concentration was appropriate, the last facility I left with salt particles all over-from my hair to clothes to my car. Our host was generous with his time and knowledge and assuring our comfort. After our treatments he toured us in his facility to show us other modalities. We can t wait to go again!

SALT OF THE EARTH is an absolutely wonderful spot in the Sarasota,Florida area to go to in fact one of my very favorite. I have been going for a month every day to see if there was a difference. And yes I certainly have . The main one is that I am so relaxed . The business has many amenities salt bed where you lay on heated Himalayan salt, light therapy for inflammation, pains you may have and many more issues, salt booth, and a huge salt infused room with comfortable recliners ,relaxing music and nice soft throws that will easily put you to sleep for the 45 minutes. Salt OF THE EARTH is a beautiful facility and you feel RELAXATION as you walk in the door from the smiles of the wonderful staff. Many gifts to purchase for that special person in your life such as lavender scented salt, lighted salt rocks all shapes, warm foot lights, oils and many more . Would be great for girlfriends day out, celebrate a birthday or anniversary for that special someone in your life. So This is the place for you to be PAMPERED

I haven't been feeling well for the past few days been taking cold medication so I went to Salt Of The Earth into the salt booth for 20 minutes before i went in also had a headache, 20 minutes later i felt alive no headache or stuffy nose, thank you Dianna I'll be telling all my friends and family about this amazing therapy.

I've only taken my kids to the kids room so far but I love it. They had come down with a wicked cold a handful of days before we were headed out of town for vacation. I had brought them back to back 3 days in a row, as suggested, they were about 90% better. Sundays are closed so we had to skip that day but we went for one more day before leaving on Tuesday and we wound up traveling with kids who barely, if at all, coughed and NO runny noses!! By the second day of vacation they were perfect! I feel like I didn't catch their cold, which I normally would have, because I brought them 3 days. My husband took them the 4th day because he was starting to feel like he caught the cold but instead he never got it! I swear this helped us plus it's so relaxing and forces good solid one on one time with your kiddos. I highly recommend.

Clean, friendly staff and a great place to go with the kids. The kids salt room was just what we needed. Lots of toys for the kids to play with and the staff made me and the kids feel very welcome. I highly recommend.

This place is the coolest!! You feel the healing relaxing vibes as soon as you enter the door. Every room is amazing & the main salt room is stunning. I have had a really bad allergy throat thing for a week & within 10 min of just being in the building that subsided & after 45 minutes in the main salt room I have no more discomfort or throat issues!! I can't wait to go back & try the heated salt table. The owner was super friendly & they have amazing salt lamps & unique retail that fit everyone in our party. It was a great time!

This place is wonderful!!! The salt bed is incredibly relaxing. The large salt room is beautifully done up and cathartic. My husband who has a chronic cough comes often and uses the salt booth and I have noticed a difference. This is such a relaxing place for some definite quiet "me" time at such a reasonable price. Recently learned about the benefits of salt therapy, so decided to give it a try (myself and kids, as we all have allergies and had the sniffles). After ONE VISIT I was a believer! We all walked out feeling better and immediately less stuffy. Much to my surprise, my kiddos raved about the experience and now frequently ask to go to the salt room! They love it, as do I. Everything is so serene, clean, peaceful, and they really care about their customers. Even just sitting in the waiting area is a treat because of the yummy feet/salt warmers! So relaxing and therapeutic. I highly recommend the booth/bed combo! Wow, what a treat! Perfect for meditation too.

3 years ago on my trip to Austria I learned about Salt Therapy. Unfortunately I was able to use it only twice for my sinus problem.
When I heard that one opened in Sarasota I was very happy. Until today I am regularly using this facility.
I am specially impressed with professional, artistic and inviting environment that is created by owner Dianna, and her welcoming personality.

Salt of the Earth was the perfect place to help detoxify myself from intense Red Tide respiratory effects. Diana was so warm and welcoming, I couldn't help but feel better just walking in, and I really experienced the benefit of the salt room effects on my way out. We both cannot say enough about this wonderful experience! Dianna is one of the most charming yet professional people we have ever met! My Husband had the light treatment on his problematic back. For years he has suffered and has had some relief with other procedures. But the light treatment immediately made him feel better -so much so he was dancing that evening at dinner! And so much so he woke up the next day, in our hotel, asking if we could drive back to the spa so he might have another treatment! So we did. The drive was over an hour away! He still feels good and it has been 5 days since his last visit!! I also experienced the "salt bed" and felt refreshed and it released many toxins from my body. Heaven. Sheer heaven. Resting on the salt bed for 25 minutes takes every ounce of stress out of my body. When I get up I feel like I have had the best 8 hour sleep of my life. I LOVE this place!

I LOVE Salt of the Earth! It has helped me with stress & anxiety from the pandemic the world is dealing with. My heart, mind, body & spirit are better because of treatments. I enjoy the main salt room, recently trying the salt bed & light therapy which are wonderful as well. Not only is this great for mind & lungs, able to put my foot into the Himalayan salt which is extremely beneficial for inflammation. (Tibia/fibula surgery, titanium now in place of) I can't imagine my future without Salt of the Earth being a part of my life! The owner Diana is caring, compassionate & has also helped my son with a negative situation in his life. We are so Thankful for her guidance.
