I came to this market while staying up in Corral Creek lodge and I was happily surprised to find everything I needed! Prices are actually not bad at all for a small store like this. I felt like it was 3 type of stores in one!

Been shopping here with my family for forever, since it used to be called James Market. Staff is always super friendly & helpful, and the meat selection is awesome. It just keeps getting better.
Best grocery store in the Kern River valley! Excellent friendly staff. All the food you want for a small moon and pop market their carrier is impressive. The store is always clean, produce is fresh and staff is helpful and kind. Plus their sporting goods and deli are such a huge convenience! James store is awesome
This is a very busy store & gas station on the weekends. They have it all !! ICE, beer, alcohol, T-shirts, bathing suits, all your fishing needs, hunting needs, fresh meat department, groceries, firewood, fishing license you name it !!
