We have been working with Sierra Circuits for over a decade and have had many PCBs manufactured by them. Our PCBs have generally been 6-12 layers with track width/spacing at times of 4 mils. These have generally been controlled dielectric. We have had excellent engineering support to remove data issues that could impact PCB assembly. They are competitively priced and the quality of PCB has been excellent.

The main advantages of ordering turn-key parts in Sierra Circuits: thorough check of the turn-key project allows to identify and fix many design issues in the pre-production phase; onvenient, automated system of interaction with the customer; can get turn-key in a very short time; high quality PCB and assembly. Can someone kindly tell me why they recently start to charge extra $800 fixture cost for assembly two PCB boards? In the past with the similar PCB board, they never charge that.

My experience with the company was very pleasant. They responded quickly to all my requests and the final PCB was up to spec with all impedances calibrated for the RF paths and a low-loss special substrate for RF frequencies.

Looks like they can't hit their backsides with both hands, they cannot follow simple directions. They're worse than dealing with the Chinese, Hey Sierra Circuits, YOU'RE FIRED, I'm OUT!

I don't normally write reviews, but since all of these seem to be older, and not reflective of what I have seen, I thought I might write a quick review. Customer service seems to be much improved from a year ago. They were pretty quick to respond in their review process of my board. None of my prototypes have ever arrived late. In fact I had one order arrive two days early. I would say their quality is above average. Seems like they got their stuff together over the last year.

Excellent quality PCB fabrication and good support. Nice to be able to have US made PCB's right here in Silicon Valley at a competitive price with offshore

From my 30+ years as a pcb designer Sierra Circuits clearly deserves 5 stars. Based on two HS 8 layer complex impedance designs I found there process for both designs to be exceptional, Sierra was easy to work with, pricing was reasonable, the boards were delivered on time, and they both worked immediately upon our team receiving each full turn-key set off boards. This company does not pay its bills, still owes me tens of thousands of dollars for contract marketing services. If asked to perform work, get paid before delivery. You've been warned.

Very thorough CAM review, great customer portal with a built-in issue ticket system to track progress and issues, fast communication, good quality boards delivered on time.

Extremely easy to work with and very fast on quotes and builds without conformal coat.

They provide DFM reviews in preparation of quote and build that has allowed my team to fix numerous issues.
