Overall terrible experience with the staff. They are generally rude and uncaring (front desk staff) they took over a week to schedule an ultrasound for my son who was in pretty bad pain because they could only sync up with the doctor on mon/wed/fri. We get to the ultrasound to find they gave us the wrong instructions on eating and drinking before the procedure. Will not be taking our kids back!

This doctor's office is wonderful! They will get your child in right away for same day sick appointments. The staff are caring and knowledgeable. Drs. Sparks and Harper are the best pediatricians in Shreveport/Bossier.
We moved here a year ago, and like all of us with kids, we know we gotta find a doctor. The staff and nurses were very warm and friendly, and the lady doctors checking on our kids had a real easy going bed side manner. Lucky to have a place like this in small town Haughton.
