They are always great. They take good care of their patients

Doctor was unwilling to treat me for my issue and I know for a fact he prescribes medication based on his relationship for you. My mother has never broken a bone in her life and I have 32 fractures in my face yet he writes her so many pain pills she s a zombie opiate addict yet when I go in with a valid excuse for non pain medicine he refuses to write it. The doctor should be investigated for writing pain medicine to his friends and people who he used to work for.

They've usually been great to me whenever I visited them. Granted, the wait times can be longer than you'd like them to be, but the people working at this place know how to do their jobs right when it's all said and done.

I'd recommend this hospital to just about anyone living in Shreveport-Bossier.

Dr. Saucier is the best! I've been his patient for over 16 years! All the doctors here are great!

Never write reviews but for people to still come here is amazing. I really just wanted to have a primary doctor but it seem like a lot of places in Shreveport/Bossier tend to discriminate against the younger generations as if they don t have health issues. I came here to believe they were different but yet they proved that they are just another terrible business that won t help or just to lazy to and for Dr. Julie Chun to be younger I really hoped she was going to be different.

Dr. Saucier is great! Does NOT rush you through. Asks questions. Entertains patient suggestions/requests. Is knowledgeable, but will research options before making final recommendations on med. changes etc. The wait time has been short on some visits and long on some. I have found this to be the case at just about every physician's office with which I have come in contact. Oh, and I love the patient portal! Thanks!

Bossier Family Medicine is not taking the proper precautions that I can see....

Just wanted to give a heads up to those with children. They do not provide for young children. My daughter is 4 years old and too young to be seen here. Also they do not do the shots in the office. My older children needed shots for school and we ended up going all over town trying to find places to give our kids their shots. I don't recommend them if you need a doctor for your children.

I had a stroke 10 years ago and Dr Deere has taken care of me every since and always had a good relationship with his office. He ask me to come back 2 weeks after my appointment to get my BP rechecked and the upity nurses weren't interested, so I left. I have always had to do test every year and they always mailed me the results but this year I didn't get any mail. I tried their port hole and it wouldn't let me in and emailed the office asking Dr. Deere to get a hold of me and haven't gotten any response. I guess they got the insurances money and that's all they want.

I moved to Louisiana almost a year ago. I have a medical condition that requires doctors 24/7. I finally found Bossier Family Medicine. The doctors and the staff go above and beyond. They are all extremely friendly and I have had things explained to me so that
I can understand. I would recommend them to anyone.
