I have had several repairs done at Showroom of Elegance, and am very happy with the results. The repairs did take a bit longer than I had hoped, but they are done well and the staff was very apologetic for the mix-up. I plan to have future repairs done there when needed.

Simple story, just lost a diamond earring that was a treasured gift to me. Stopped in to see if I could get a replacement or one made. Turns out, the earring that meant so much to me were made out of scrap gold and the diamonds they would just throw away. Apparently, the only pricey diamonds come from their store and they don't except diamonds under 3/4 caret. I'm no jeweler but pretty sure I believe every diamond is worth something. And gold is no aluminum, people steel copper to sell it. But my diamonds and gold are trash. Been to other jewelers and oh how we laughed! Stuck up is the only thing I can say or maybe we weren't stuck up enough. Would never go in there again! What should of been a pleasant expierience, turned in to a hope crushing waste of time!

We got the engagement and wedding rings here. I love the store. The people are very friendly and helpful. The jewelry is very nice quality. We have been at many places searching for the perfect rings and that was the place. I can not imagine someone to ever be rude at this store. My husband and I shop there all the time, so do some of our friends, and nobody was ever unfriendly, on the opposite, I always get a very good mood after visiting the store. LOVE IT!!!!

My wife dropped off my vintage, solid gold watch for repair. Showroom did not explain or state that they have no onsite repair facility. They sent it offsite. After we authorized work to be done, we were given no time frame. Finally when I called, Showroom admitted that the offsite location did not have personnel ready to start work until 1 week away (2 weeks since we authorized repair). Finally, when I asked for my property back, they are unable to return it for another week. Here's how I would summarize this experience.

1. Not upfront about stating that watch repairs are not done onsite (would you want your $3K watch to be driven around town)?
2. Would not say who exactly has my property.
3. Did not share that the watch repair shop can't start work until 2 weeks after we OKed the work.
4. Can't/Won't return our property for another week.
5. Extremely rude, "take it or leave it" over the phone.

Would you trust them with large dollar value purchases or repairs?
