Steve is a very thorough, informative and diligent inspector. His inspection of one house I looked at saved me potentially thousands of dollars. He suggested that I follow him around to learn all about the property suggesting things that should be replaced or repaired immediately but also pointed out things that were not an immediate problem but that I might want to budget for replacement later. He also pointed out things in the house that were well constructed or positive features.
His report is fabulous and very comprehensive. Things are color coded making it simple to find repairs that are urgently needed and safety issues (red), down to yellow and then green.
Steve is very professional, personable and great to work with. If you want a thorough inspection of your potential home, call on Steve.
