Shottenkirk Chevrolet Review

Took my Silverado in for a recall and a oil/filter change. I waited in the waiting room for my truck to be serviced. It was comfortable and was there for under an hour total.

Went into the dealership just to look and get numbers but after talking with Seth about everything and the great service he provided, I couldn't leave without the car. They worked with me to get it to where I wanted and to where I could afford. Fantastic experience.

Evan and the rest of the Shottenkirk staff showed energy and commitment to making our new car purchase go smoothly, traits that are less common in other dealerships.

He was very cognizant of my hectic schedule as a single parent and made sure the vehicle he showed me met all my criteria the first time I saw it. I was able to schedule a loan closing on the spot.

I noticed some hail damage on my hood a few days after I purchased my Tahoe. We all missed the damage including Shottenkirk. I stopped back and spoke to the sales team. They repaired the hail damage at no additional cost.
