Visited Kino for the first time , having lived in Bermondsey for 7 years. The atmosphere was good , friendly bar staff. The cinema was neat and cosy with a nice wide screen. The film played on time. Would watch a film here again .
Seats not very comfortable also a drink holder would be handy :-)
Very small and seats are a bit uncomfortable but incredible sound! Also being able to take drinks from the bar in, the price and the whole convenience of it all - big plus!
Probably the best and most consistent in the area for dirty glasses. I assume the previous owner took the dishwasher with them.
Very cool local cinema in Bermondsey Square. All serve coffee and cakes as well as a fully stocked bar with many nice beers on tap.
Affordable cinema near in the neighbourhood!! There is always a few films showing there but usally they are good quality of them. You can enjoy a good glass of wine before of after the film. there is also seats in the square in front of the cinema. The best familiar environment cinema in the London south area.
Great little cinemaa. So happy to have it in my neighbourhood. I just wish there were baby cinema sessions to attend on Sundays too and maybe a coat hanger in the men's bathroom
steadily worsening experience... one vertical line on the projector is frustratingly burnt out and they recently had some serious sound issues during a screening of mad max, as if the twitters were blown out. after i reported the issue no effort was made to rectify the situation and viewers were not offered any recompense. you've got to maintain the equipment in a movie theater otherwise people will stop coming.
Small screen uncomfortable seats. Staff seem to let drunk friends in for free who then constantly come in and out getting more alcohol getting drinker and drunker having full down conversations with anyone who they could. Wasn't worth complai8to staff as the couple were sat drinking with them prior to the screening!
Wont be bakc anytime soon.
Dirty cinema, dirty toilets and most of all big dirty SMUTCH ON THE SCREEN. Very disturbing whilst watching spiritual movie. Maybe they should show DIRTY MOVIES?

Cozy independent cinema in Bermondsey Square. Nice bar with decent coffee. Could do with fresh popcorn but they have a range of other snacks that you can crunch noisily on whilst watching a film. Well worth a visit for locals

Informed female member of staff, didn't apologised, just shrugged her shoulders. Very bad customer service.
Cute little cinema, one screen with only about 25 seats. It's perfect to go by yourself and if you want to avoid noisy large groups.
I come here for the running club on a Tuesday, always a great night.
Loved this little cinema! We watched three billboards, and I think the cosiness of the room added to the humour. Having a pint with your film also makes it that much better!
A great local cinema, they show new releases mixed with more art house releases. One screen, its tiny and intimate.

The cake and tea is good, the film projection is amateur but will intentioned, the film I watched was very good.
I hope that they become more professional in the way they go about projecting films.
Very cosy cinema and always playing off the mainstream movies. They also have a bar attached to it although not that inspiring...
A great place to go grab a drink, decent food and nice seating. However the screen has a 3m line of whiter pixels the which drove me insane while watching the movie. If you are not bothered by that sort of thing you will have a good time. I hope they fix it soon and I'll head back.
Alchol really taste the place is really chilled me and my partner both in r 20s liked it here :)
