I haven't been ther least 10 years last two week I have been ther no quiea appointments only which a good thing quick and effecint

Completely waste of time would not give these the time of day woman who s manager Julie hunting does not know her left hand from her elbow promise on promise but big let down

Disgusting leave ppl with kids 3 an 6 with no gas or hot water as it's not an emergency can wait till next working day its Saturday today unbelievable

For 6 years was tenant of Shoreline they have not given out new tenent agreement so LHP have no say on Tenants yet and LHP are robing tenants out of good names and telling them they are not giving not is when you are been given the run round by your housing officer becoce they do not want the paper work. And by law Shoreline should have given every one the Chan's to leve ore sine up with LHP . as a tenens wright . but no one came out to see any one .

I am stuck in sheltered housing constand harrisment and cannot move yet refuse to help me as nothing come up on Dictaphone I'm just imagining it ditto people outside the window I'd give them NO stars if I could I hate it and cannot wait to move out blessed be and bright blessings

I finally got a two bedroom bungalow to rent off them after one and half years waiting for one.

I have been fortunate with my experience with LHP within the Boston area, they have been very responsive and answered my question almost straight away.

Had nothing but problems from neighbours, provided LHP with all recording, police has had to way in but nothing has been done about it. If you have any problems LHP will not help.

So LHP Housing Partnership take your money but don't want to repair anything! a gate that has finally given up after 45+ years yet they won't replace until 2020/21 so where's the portion of my rent for repairs go! What about my security? More

Don't do repairs. Cheap, lazy and an absolute disgrace.

Been waiting for a front foor for two years...not allowed repairs to be done. Pure discrimination.
They love their resident crack dealers too...refuse to evict them. Avoid at ALL COSTS. Housing officers are useless.

I would give Shoreline less than one star if I could, their behaviour is disgusting! They put me in a right dump!! With No boiler in the winter, when I got children and expected me to live there while they got it sorted out, over Christmas, " being months" they never checked the property or repaired it before moving me in! "No boiler, water or central heating, their a joke!" I think anyone looking for a potential home with Shoreline to avoid at all costs or suffer pain, loss and a laugh at their expense!

They treat people with respect..and provide a tip top service..

Put some land in New Close for rent last year and put it in the mag saying they have rented it to look nice for the community.Nothing has been done it is a right sight.I think they passed the book on to some else so they where not responsible for tidying it up.Last time they paid quite a bit of money with a project of theres what a load of wasted money.It is back to were it was before. If you pay for the gardens to be upkept why do you pay l see not a lot of improvement in fact l keep my own reasonable tidy like some others.I am old but do try .Come on LHP get stuck in and help some people who are not capable of doing it.Make are housing estate look nice as well as the houses.Put bins about and we might not have such a lot of litter.Be proud of were you live let nunsthorpe estate be the top estate.
