The music amplified throughout the audience, and the screen projected a clear picture of the show.
There where plenty of vendors offering a wide variety of food and beverages.

Worst convert I have ever been to. Slow parking. Confusion on where to park, how to park, the employees didn't even know what they were doing and argued with each other. When the show started, they didn't have the lights or screens up for the beginning acts. When the screens finally started projecting, they split the camera image in half and shifted it. I couldn't even see the artist's face. The camera hardly ever showed the person singing and the speakers popped the whole show with frequent feedback. There is alot to improve and I will not be back anytime soon.
My teacher hates this place with a passion. I ve never been but I trust him
Concert was off the hook. But those two stats went to those $15 beers. Ripp!
Parking sucked was the worst experience ever missed half of the show
Just love this place never thought it will be so hudge. I was here to attend Google IO summit 2019. One of its own kind. Thoroughly enjoyed the event and place. I am sure I will be visiting this again. Staff was very helpful during the entire time.
Shoreline Amphitheatre has been a bay area staple for music since the late eighties. Everybody from the Grateful Dead to Florida Georgia Line and even Ice Cube and Baby Bash. All genres of music are put on display at this awesome outdoor venue. Drinks are pricey but to be expected and lots of good food to choose from. I love me some Shoreline Amphitheatre
The lawn seats are large and spacious. There are many shops inside, where you can buy a variety of alcohol and food such as beer and wine. Although expensive. You can rent a chair for $ 5, but many people bring a chair or beach towel and sit on it
Beautiful outdoor seating area!!Cool venue but foods and drinks are very expensive :)
We were Standing in line for a couple hours waiting to get in to see Steely Dan and The Doobie Brother's on June 1st, 2018, then an employee walks up to tell us AAA Auto is doing a promotion and if you have their coverage and your Insurance card you can start a new line and move up front. Then when the doors opened, they let the line of AAA Members in first, ignoring all of us. I do have AAA, but didn't have my card with me, so I waited as the line of hundreds of people entered before us, even those just walking up who didn't wait got in first. I paid for a seat, yet all the people sitting on the lawn got in before the rest of us. I won't go back again! Everyone in our line was furious. The AAA, line even got in before the VIP line, which was even worse!!!!
The only thing I didn't like was the employees conducting security and traffic rude
great concert venue with a large variety of events that comes through every season. traffic sucks though
Charming theater, the lawn is a unique way to attend concerts. A lot of shows and festivals throughout the year. Parking can be tricky (it will take you forever to get out), so better parking near Google campus (at 7-Eleven or Starbucks) and walk. You'll save time when show's over.
Very nice venue my first time here was for the Brad Paisley concert.
Went there for a imagine dragons concert and the venue was amazing.
The place is incredible, the emotion to see a concert there is amazing.
Very spacious for concerts, a lot of vehicle parking. Very sure
If you get a lawn seat, sit in the middle or back... in the front, when seated, you won't be able to see the stage. And be sure to hit the bathroom before the show, you're not going to want to walk through the crowd and back during it.
Shoreline is a pain to get to from San Francisco, especially going back to the city after the show. I wish they had shuttles organized. The food/drinks prices are high. However, the venue is great, they host a lot of great acts and I love the $5 rental chairs for the lawn.
Shoreline Amp is my all-time favorite venue on the U.S. West Coast, but the 2016 Concert Schedule is severely lacking. I was really looking forward to 2 or 3 Friday or Saturday night concerts, but despite having interests in all sorts of music, there's not a single band on the roster that I haven't seen already that are worth seeing again ON ANY night of the week this Season. Not Much of a Summer Shoreline.
Lots of traffic on concert days, do yourself a favor and buy the premier tickets which gives you parking right near the entrance.
My boyfriend and I went to see Sublime and we had an easy time finding parking, was able to get into the venue early so we could have a couple drinks before taking our seats for the concert.
Sound is great, but lawn is steep and hard to navigate sometimes. Also, the part of the parking lot that everyone is in has very few.porta potties and they get very gross very fast!!
Parking is a bit of a nightmare because of the bottleneck. Consider biking or walking.
Venue is cramped ...not at all a good venue for music!
Traffic can be difficult but the venue is big and accommodating
Awesome venue with gorgeous scenery and incredible sound in the concert area
Last Shoreline show ever. F the Girdlock. No thanks and never again. Shut it down for all I care. If the good times are all gone then I'm bound for moving on. I'll think of you if I ever pass this way again. Glad I got to see Jerry keeping it real there in better times. A couple damn good shows over the course of dozens while it lasted. Now it just sucks. Sign of the times I suppose. The era of great large live shows is over, at least on the west coast. Different world now. It is all shifting to the web and the hyper reality therein. Hopefully the smaller venues will survive in some form. RIP Shoreline and thanks Bill for giving it a try. Don't cry no tears around me....
Total nightmare getting in. Like they've never had a show there before, even with 30 years of practice.
be prepared to slide downhill all night if you dont have a seat or rent a chair. i just do not feel comfortable feeling like i'm gonna slide out of the front of my shoes all night... its ok
A wonderful venue with hardworking staff that are honestly trying to make your experience a good one.
The Lynrd Skynrd concert was great last night but the big screen was too light and we couldn't even see Bad Company. Later the screen was blurry, very disappointed!! Also there could at least be some porta-potties so us older folks don't have to trek up and down the hill. Also double the price for chair rentals?? A few months ago they were $5. I dont know if it was because it is Memorial weekend or what but makes me think twice before driving about 5hrs round trip to see a concert.
All I have to say is if you get close to the left or right idle seat next to the stage where the amps are. Invest in some good hearing protection!! Shows never disappoint.
I will be on my way out there Tuesday to work a load out. $$$$$$
Easy parking, outside venue, check website for items allowed through check point
Seen slipknot dope will go to the amphitheatre again
We have our annual church service year every summer you have a great time love coming here
Venue was alright, but the parking lot was a long walk away
If possible, Uber or park far away and walk. If you park in their lots, know it will be a nightmare getting out. Because it's outdoors, I've noticed the sound quality isn't great. And it's the most I've paid for alcohol at any event- ever. $16 for a can of beer. Whoa.
Pretty decent performance avenue, but parking and traffic from exiting patron remain challenging and detracts.
Always great, expensive booze and lots of weed smoke. What more could you possibly want?
Great concert with sevenfold really cool kids in a mosh upper grass area conserving in mid seats for the calmer folks and google headquarters next door cooool
Acoustics are decent, drinks are overpriced (but expected for the area), staff is usually very pleasant. The fact that they allow picnics on the lawn is great. However, the stars docked are for traffic management, which is absolutely horrendous and often ruins the entire experience. Direction signs are usually nearly non existent, or confusing when posted, and expect to wait an hour or more to get out of the venue after a show.
So much fun at HOW THE WEST WAS WON concert!! Too short, Bone Thugz N Harmony, Ice Cube, Baby Bash, Warren G
Takes two hours to get into the amphitheatre then in line for an hour!!!
Had a GREAT time with my niece and nephew. Came here to see Halsie....totally worth the drive. The line was LONG, but they have got it down to a science!!!!! Loved this place!!!
This is one of the greatest amphitheaters in America!
It took us 50 minutes to get out of the parking lot at the end.
