Star CJ has made my life worse by keep on sending the promotional messages on my number. I have already made complaint to their customer care but they are not willing to stop the messages. Can some body suggest me what action can I take against the company?

Very bad experience.Very cheap quality bedsheet supplies instead of cotton.Total wastage of time and money along with faith . Don't shop with shopcj.Pata nahi TV me direct show karne ki himmat kaise karte hai.

There isn't an option of NO STARS else Shop CJ deserves only that. This is the most ridiculous channel, claiming high quality products and serving the lowest quality possible. The customer service staff is uneducated, and does not even know how to communicate with their customers. Please do not get trapped by this fraud company, they'll lure you with fake claims and so called "easy return policies" and you'll only end up regretting shopping from them, or complaining about them over the social network, which they are least bothered about. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SHOP CJ NETWORK. PLEASE!

Very disappointed by you,I had ordered the 10 3D bedsheets and free three blankets, three blankets were not delivered, very poor services,and also they are not 3D bedsheets at all they are very normal bedsheets of cheap quality and also no where its written its an 3D bedsheets,only designs are same material shown on TV was different and got a different material,my first order and i had very very bad experience with shop cj will never ever order anything from Shop Cj, they are fake and they simply not good, with delivery stuff at all. Also we had to call many times for delivery and i just want my money back i want to return this product.

I have ordered a "Lotus white glow skin care kit" from shop cj vide order no 1022609899 dt 29.04.18, in the kit two items are mentioned as free.but it is very regretted that on delivery one of the free gift as "Lip shed "is not found. after complaining through mail and complain no no proper response is given by the firm.apart from this a phone call received from mb no 7464005775 stating that on purchase from shop cj I have won a prize, when I told him that at first send my items then talk about prize. after my reaction he immediately stopped the call. really my experience with shop cj is very bad, i will never by any product from this firm.

My experience with Star CJ has been EXTREMELY disappointing and I can vouch for the other reviews finding mention here. The products offered by them are absolutely below standard and the response, or the lack of it, of the customer care service is appalling to say the least. The company seems hell bent on fleecing people's hard earned in the guise of high octane media blitzkriegs that they shamelessly resort to.

I had placed a order for a Prestige Mixer Juicer Grinder with them on 23/7/2016, which was delivered with alarming alacrity on 24th July itself. However to our utter chagrin, the product proved to be a absolute dud as the Motor didn't work. We raised a complaint on the toll free and requested for a refund of money, to which they informed that there executive will pick up the defective ware from my house within 48 hours and that my A/c will get credited within two working days of that. However, its more than 2 weeks since them and nobody came to collect the product. Worse still, they failed to proactively contact me even a single time.

In between I spoke to their Customer care executives umpteen times on 27/07/2016, 29/07/2016, 04/08/2016, 06/08/2016, to be every time told that we will arrange pick up within 48 hours, but till date neither anybody has come to collect the defective ware nor have I received any calls from them.

Now, I am not left with any other alternative but to haul them in consumer forum

The worst experience..... tried it 2 times and both the times it is useless. The operations, processes and their customer service all worst... Please order a product only if you have enough time to speak to their customer care after ordering the product as you are going to waste time and land up with no product.
i ordered a product from their online website and then called them to confirm the delivery address. The delivery address was taken and confirmed and the product was delivered to a wrong address. upon calling the courier guy it was told that the address given to them is a different address. the courier guy took the address and promised to deliver on the given address. next morning i got a message that my order has been cancelled, on calling the customer care they were not aware why the order was cancelled and asked me to order it again. They took a new order and now the product was priced 2198 as against the initial price of Rs 1633. This is how they fool the customer.
Need strict actions to be taken against this company.
