Barbados Water Authority Review

Horrid. Was subjected to a water meter change and the bill skyrocketed the next month. Was told the last meter never read so the current amount is what I use. The funny thing is, the bills I used to get would have different amounts. So if it never read, shouldn't it be a set amount every month? Bull**** at it's finest. Tired of service you barely get but have to pay for even when they bill you for water you don't use. What is this madness? A star is way too generous to give...Just count it as a -1.

Almost every month my water goes out in Christ Church. Would have to say very slow government workers and now with this sewage on the south coast who knows what's really in our water now.

Shocking three days NO WATER but....240 million dollar office block and loads of be vehicles.....NO BLOODY WATER mid high season. turning customers away

For someone paying a monthly bill, this AWFUL service is unacceptable.

I have a horrendously high water bill fro. Out of nowhere. I would like to contact someone because calling them is horrible and the customer service is poor.

This is the state of the water from the tap in Phase 3 Bakers St Peter. This problem has been going on since April 2015, with almost no relieve, even though or in spite of significant damage to toilets, sinks, taps, due to rust-like raw-smelling water. Countless emails and calls were made yet no one seems to be able offer help or showed any kind care, consideration or empathy.

My water is off and I called Customer Service only to encounter a piglet. She could provide me with no information on the problem, water tankers or any other query I had. The icing on the cake was when she told I could think I wasted my time calling if I want to think so.

If only I could've review in the negative I would give Water Authority a negative 5. This company is pathetic. Water Authority has a serious communication problem when it comes to their customers.

My 84 year old mother Receive a bill today for a service with 6 cubic meters water usage recorded on the meter reading but was still charged $29 ..when I call I was told that the $29 is for minimum payment if the usage Is between 0-8 cubic meters..all along I thought you played for what you use but it would seem you're getting penalize for not using a certain amount of water..when I check my bill the basic needs was recorded at 7.47 cubic meters n the charge was $18.53..do the math..even with vat added still less than $29..I am wondering how many people know about this minimum charge
