We love this place. Great food, atmosphere and service.

A good place to go with family and friends to share good food. The menu is a bit overwhelming but the servers are courteous and willing to help. Large variety of sushi offerings as well as other Japanese dishes.

Great sushi place for athens. Service is amazing and the restaurant has a bar. Great vibes and good food. Highly recommend if you are craving japanese food in Athens. Parking is limited to street parking, like most places in downtown Athens.

Really good place to eat sushi, not overpriced and enjoyed some of there special sushi rolls.

Delicious, loved the sushi bar special goodies, and watching the chefs at work is a reward in itself. And then there is what is offered from the kitchen and bar... I'm never disappointed! Kudos.

A group of friends rented a karaoke room for a friend's birthday party. It was a great time and the rates were pretty reasonable. What wasn't reasonable was the price of the meals. The average price of a meal per person was $15-$20. Considering the cost of the room, it felt a little steeper than it should be.

I'm just a straight up sushi or sashimi kinda guy but if you're into mayo or cream cheese Japanese delights they've got it covered here too. They're pretty creative chefs. It's a bustling place with a lively crowd or was it because we were there on a Friday night during Lent? Oh yeah, and the prices are reasonable.

My go to place in Athens for sushi . Been going to this place for years and it only gets better, very polite staff and very clean and inviting I always feel comfortable there.

Karaoke upstairs is amazing. Eat, laugh, sing and eat some more. Who has the mic?

I attended a small birthday celebration in one of the private karaoke rooms last week and had a blast!! What a great concept!! The food was delicious and our server Victoria took great care of us! Thank you!

It is my opinion that this is the best sushi place in Athens. It is super clean. The prices are reasonable. The sushi is always Super Fresh.

The best (and freshest) sashimi in Athens. The wait staff were attentive and very courteous. Nice atmosphere as well... we'll definitely be visiting again. My only wish would be a private tea room for a more intimate experience.

The restaurant itself may be good, but we paid to rent a mid-size karaoke room for two hours, yet were told we had to leave after only an hour and a half because they had another party with a reservation coming. The server, Cyra, was rude, acted totally inconvenienced if we asked for anything, constantly rushed us, & just threw all the debit cards in a pile after we paid. The food was not that great and way over-priced for the quality of food it was. Oh, and let s not forget the over-inflated gratuity that was automatically added to our tabs! Needless to say this place left a bad taste in our mouths, and it was our first and LAST visit! Will not go back & wiuld not recommend, unless you want to be overcharged for mediocre food and rude service the whole time you re being rushed out the door. If that s your thing, then this is the place for you!

Full disclosure, I've been here only twice, each time for a karaoke birthday party. But I highly recommend it. You can reserve a karaoke room for 2 hours of terrible singing with as many of your friends as are willing to discard their dignity and break it down to your favorite pop songs. You have an assigned waiter who comes and takes food and drink orders and manages to keep a straight face while dodging inebriated dancers. They also make sure to keep a large dispenser of water and cups at all times. Be advised, they will go ahead and add gratuity to your checks if you have a certain number of people, so read your bill carefully. My only real complaint is I never found the price for the specialty drinks, but their beer and shooter prices are competitive. And the sushi is pretty excellent.

I have visited this place about 3 times, each about years apart, and I have never once been dissatisfied. The atmosphere is excellent, even got to sit outside more recently, the whole vibe is just great. The sushi is great, the hamachi is my favourite and they had good quality fish. Can't wait to go back!

Never been here before but I don't think I will ever bother coming back. The place looked really nice ! The bartenders were friendly and the food was good but the service was horrible. After waiting 45 minutes to be seated (which we didn't mind but since the place was a bit packed) the girl at the front took us to a table that wasn't even clean ! She didn't even bother apologizing or anything. All she said "the waiter will be right with you" and walked away, mind you were weren't even sitting. But what bothered us the most was that we saw a lady walking around CLEARLY we were able to tell she was a manager because of the way she was just walking around with her superior attitude. She didn't even bother to ask why we were standing or if everything was ok. But I'm sure if we were white that would have not been the case. By the way, we waited another 5 minutes (standing) just to have the table clean.

Real good sushi. Fried rice, etc. Is also good. Reasonably priced.

Will most definetly return. Went on a double date, and had an amazing experience experienc. Our server, Dory, was very helpful and polite. Food was prepares just right, and tasted excelent. Our friend decided to order one more roll, and requested that Chef Lee make what he felt was his best roll. He did not dissapoint! He came out with a plate that was as beautiful to look at as it was to eat. The best piece of sushi ofhave ever had! Friend is a sous chef, and his hard to please at restaurants. I only heard praise that night.

At first glance might seem pricy but the quality matches the expense. Great sushi and atmosphere.

This place was awful!!! All the way around from the filthy closet they put you in to the staff. The food is not worth the price. I would never even think to recommend this place to my worst enemy. I can't even stoop that low! I would've given a negative star if it was available to do so.

Really good Octopus & Eel Nigiri. The Miso Soup was also absolutely delicious. Wasn't too impressed with the other sushi, but it could have just been the rolls we ordered.My boyfriend liked it a lot, but I've had better. Also, I'm pretty sure most of the wait staff was high. Not even kidding...they all looked kind of dazed and our server in particular seemed confused the whole time...well the few times we saw him. Another server ended up filling up our glasses and exchanging our soup - we ordered the spicy mushroom soup and it was waaaayyyyy to hot for either of us (both of us love hot stuff). Not that I wouldn't go back again, but if I did, I would try the hibachi or something.

Absolutely perfect and definitely try the chef special. Service was fantastic and the martinis are amazing. We shared the banana pudding martini for dessert and it was unbelievable.

Great for a celebration. Private room karaoke, great food and drinks. They made me custom sushi for my birthday and it was incredible.

Changed leadership hands this past year. Still good food, but different presentation. Service not as good, but wiling to give them a couple visits to figure this out. Sushi is better than hibachi at this place.

Decent prices for inland sushi. The dining experience was great and ambience is what you would expect from a college town sushi bar. The experience over all was good and I will definitly be enjoying it again soon.

You really go for the karaoke. They had good song selection. The food was just ok though. Have some options other than sushi.

This place has the best sushi in Athens and always has as long as it has been open.

Popular with the college crowd, so be prepared for a lot of noise. The food was average. The service was slow. They were moderately busy and they appeared to be understaffed. I ordered a beer and didn't receive it until after the meal. This could be a really nice restaurant if it was managed more efficiently.

I sat at the sushi bar and was overwhelmed with the friendliness of the sushi chefs. Our waiter was also very friendly and attentive. The food is also the best sushi I've had in Athens. They have a lot of unique rolls in my opinion that have incredible flavor. Definitely give this place a try!!

Very slow seating. Middle of road food. I would not order Hawaiian hibachi if I were to come here again. My son enjoyed the shushi and claimed it was as good as his favorite sushi place at home.

Everything was delicious! I had the City sushi, mushroom soup and salad. Delicious, delicious and delicious! I will be back!!!

They have real soft shell crab. Most other places in Athens try to pass imitation crab food product "crab stick" in their California rolls.
