This place has good customer service.The shoes are always in stock and the store is very clean.

My mom and I both went to the Factory Outlet sale in New Albany. Was successful fines in Great Deals, we made it out with two shoes for me, into shoes for her! It's hard to find shoes for her because she wears a size 12, but we scored some nice activewear shoes, and really nice boots! I found me some more boots for my collection! I couldn't get over how cute they were! The pictures don't do justice! Everything was marked down considerably!

I was in bad axe mi shoe sensation and I go in after work to check out the sales and the women working there are always delightful. One day I really needed to upgrade my work shoes and went in there and got my shoes I had my eyes on but the box only had one shoe in it. No big deal, all I need is assistance from someone that works there, right? I was alone the whole time and I heard someone talking nasty about the people coming in looking for shoes I thought it was just someone being crabby but it wasn t just a customer it was the assistant manager the whole time! I was so upset that I found out it was her and decided I didn t need shoes from shoe sensation and got some shoes from Dunham s for the same price. Her name was Jackie and she was horrible! I m sorry for anyone who has ever dealt with her at the Bad Axe Michigan Shoe Sensation.

I went to return a pair of shoes my husband bought because they were too big. Because I didn't have his credit card with me they wouldn't do the refund. I asked them just to give it to me in cash, since I had the receipt. I was told I had to have his credit card. This was at the Morehead KY store, so I will never shop there again! We bought 2 pairs of shoes that day and I am probably gonna return mine as well.

I ordered a new pair of shoes from this horrible company. They sent me a dirty used pair. I have tried multiple times to call customer service. They keep hanging up on me. That is ridiculous and horrible customer service. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning these dirty used shoes. I don't think I will order from them again.

Most of the Shoes in the stores are either poor quality or an ugly unwarranted color of a popular style. Have Had negative encounters with a team member.
