I used Shirley Chan when i bought off plan apartment. The first thing that she said to me was : as your solicitor, i will stand on your side....!!! When the issue come up, she couldn't fix the problem, but she asked me to contact directly to the vendor solicitor, What the f***.....!!!!

Asking the fee for $1.100, but when the settlement date, lots of fee come up such as Infotrack, land and property information, etc....so the total fee from $1.100 become $ 1729.2. She said that the infotrack is the fee that i must pay when i send someone to get the information about the property. Information for what....!!!!! this is brand new property and was built from vacant land that has been approved by council. How about the land and property information....??? hahaha.....bloody dodgey....!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN.....!!!!

I reminded her all the time to give me extra time when the settlement date happen. She rang me 6pm the day before settlement date and asked me to bring all the cheques by the next day MAX 10 am, if late, i must pay penalty fee if i come after 10 am. Very 'good' service idiot...!!! gave me only 16 hours noticed (include my sleeping time and time to go to the bank).

This Hong Kong woman can not work as solicitor, not organised at all, very very dodgey service. She never ever reply my email, my sms, my whatsapp. When i got angry, she tried to blame me that this is my false. Hey.....you were my solicitor and you MUST response my email if your client got some issues. Is this the way you save money....? Stingy woman....!!! Proofed it if you really stand on my side....!!!! In front of me, you said that you stand on my side, but actually you stand on other side....Well done.....!!!! excellent service....!!!! 2 thumps up...!!!

Shirley was extremely helpful during the process of the settlement of my house - quick to respond, she explained things clearly, and got things done in a timely manner, especially as I needed matters done prior to the Christmas holidays.
