The absolute worst tech support from any company I have dealt with in the past 10 years. My account has been charged almost $2,000.00 extra from charges that are "nowhere to be found" either on Shipstation or Stamps.com. Keep in mind my business is very small and ships less than 10 packages a month.
This company DOES not represent you or help you in the situations like what I am currently experiencing. The 72 hour turn around time is a joke and have requested a call back atleast 5 times within the past week.
The only time they cared to contact me was during my trial period. (I received several emails within a 1 week time frame just so they could get the subscription)
Most companies that treat their customers this way would be out of business. Do yourself a favor and take your shipping needs to another company besides shipstation. It has been the absolute WORST experience I've ever had with a company.
I will be canceling my subscription immediately after posting this review.
