DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

The absolute worst tech support from any company I have dealt with in the past 10 years. My account has been charged almost $2,000.00 extra from charges that are "nowhere to be found" either on Shipstation or Stamps.com. Keep in mind my business is very small and ships less than 10 packages a month.

This company DOES not represent you or help you in the situations like what I am currently experiencing. The 72 hour turn around time is a joke and have requested a call back atleast 5 times within the past week.

The only time they cared to contact me was during my trial period. (I received several emails within a 1 week time frame just so they could get the subscription)

Most companies that treat their customers this way would be out of business. Do yourself a favor and take your shipping needs to another company besides shipstation. It has been the absolute WORST experience I've ever had with a company.

I will be canceling my subscription immediately after posting this review.

This company uses the worst customer support. They don't track past issues so if you spend an hour trying to fix something and it doesn't end up working you have to start all over again with the next chat agent. Having inventory tracking problems for weeks can be catastrophic when sending hundreds of product per month. My advice, steer clear for a while until this company make an effort fix their own software. When it works it's great, when it doesn't don't expect any useful help.

UI and interface are great, but at least once or twice a month there is some kind of outage, and when there is an outage you can NOT talk to support because you have to login. No phone numbers. The most reliable support is knowing you are going to have interruptions. once or twice a month for a few hours each.

EDIT: its been a few months since i've posted this review. Service has significantly improved since time of post. We have not experienced any outages with their service in quite a while. This review has been changed from 3 to 5 stars.

If there was a 2.5, you would get it. I'm not really sure how you do it, but you continually develop your software to be worse. It now has gotten so bad, and eBay shipping options has improved enough, that I'm thinking that I can save $50/month and just stick with eBay. You must not have anyone on your team that ever ships ANYTHING. Because if you did, you would jump back 3 versions and life would be good because what you have now is terrible. As it sits right now, this program is awful. So..." NOT intuitive." DON'T EVEN TRY TO CONTACT THEM. OHHH NOOOO....

Terrible customer support and expect to wait at least an hour if talking to security or tier 2 security. You will wait an hour and be transferred. I can t even purchase labels from them anymore...security says there are no holds and my account is active but I can t purchase and it s not even worth waiting on customer service during the calls to resolve this issue.

Seen the commercials and it seemed like a gimmick. I'm a small business owner and our volume is low, maybe 5 packages a week at best. I pay the lowest tier subscription and I save that on shipping literally 1 package, especially if it's a larger one. The rates UPS gives you as a small business are garbage. You get better rates with a low volume, it's a win-win.

If I hadn't seen that beard brand ad on you-tube 1,000 times and saying to myself, "what a joke", I wouldn't be saving the money. Shipstation is the real deal guys, take the time and save some money.

We used Shipstation for about 7 months and ended up going elsewhere. Their support is lacking. You never get to talk to anyone and they rarely follow-up. My prediction is unless they make internal changes, ShipStation will be be around. I will back up what others have said regarding the data reliability. We will show a charge to our account and call FedEx or UPS and are told it is a completely different number. When you call SS, they don't have a clue and basically tell you to figure it out yourself.
