Nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

The worst company. They doesn't know how to manage the projects and employees. No hierarchy. The management and the employees all are very much unprofessional.
Not good for even a fresher or an experienced person. They don't have vision what they want to make/do. They only give u fake promises.

U cant stay/work in this company if you have prior experience of working in some other company.
If u are fresher and don't know how IT company works, it will be fine for you. but still u can't learn anything from this company. So my advice is never join this company even if u r are a fresher or an experienced person.

Advice to Management

Learn how to manage/run a company. Don't spoil the career of ur employees. Learn some professionalism.

I have been working at Shiksha Infotech full-time (More than a year). Its a best place to work with. Friendly atmosphere, promotes out of the box thinking, Innovation at work, Good Exposure , flexibility at work allowed on the condition of meeting targets.

Application :- I applied for the position of Web Designer. It's a Startup company and Behave like a MNC.

Interview Process:- They take a system Round. she told me to make a
1) Header Image its should be blue color related and after that u make a 2) HTML Login page with Responsive. she give you only 30 mins between 30 mins she ask me 10 time have you done?. She is so irritating.
and after 30 mins i said i have finished my work then she replied me that you have to go for the day will call you back without checking my Code.

Interview Review :- (BAKWAS FALTU TIME WASTING Company) Totally Time Pass Company They have no Experience to how to take a interview If u didn't have any experience to how to take a interview then don't call some one and wast there time.

who ever wrote good review they are all current working employees. they have to. the worst company while treating the interview candidate. cleared all the round system test, written and technical. In hr after asking all the information they told me they will decide on phone for the salary discussion. they dint even bother to call. infrastructure is like a fish market. no cleanliness.
