Ouch! Not friendly or helpful in any type of way. Ladies and gentlemen, this is not the place you want to go to...you re better off trying someplace else.

Got my first dose here. It was packed but moved along super fast. Temperatures taken upon entering the gates outside, check-in is quick and they are friendly n helpful. The organization of the whole thing was better than expected given how many people showed up. I have anxiety and panic attacks, and struggle with crowds, but this place made me feel super comfortable throughout each step.

This is a great clinic that offers a lot of resources to patients that might not have any other options/insurance. The staff is amazing and very caring. They will go above and beyond to make sure you re comfortable and get the care you need. I m surprised by the other reviews as they re not even close to what this clinic embodies..

My experience was very good. I came to get my C19 vaccine. The employees were very professional, courteous and answered all my questions and concerns. They serve the community here in Sacramento downtown area.
