Dosso Dossi Hotels & Spa Down Town is one of the best in 5 stars hotels in the area, the services against the prices are excellent. Rooms are Excellent in size, decoration and comfort. Hotel have different capacities and packages. Room services are also good. Breakfast is out standing and delicious. Front desk is upto the mark. Booking and cancellation is also flexible. As a whole its a very nice place to spend your holidays with family or to live on a business tour with your colleagues or friends.

By far the worst hotel I ve ever stayed at!let s start with They don t speak a word in English so it s extremely difficult to even ask for water. This place smells like washroom spray to cover the toilet smell that s lingering around everywhere. The beds are so uncomfortable extremely old and there is mold in the rooms. Horrible service if there is any! Beyond dirty even after they change the bed sheet the sheets had hairs and stains all over. I wound not even considered staying at this hotel even for free!!!! Pls do yourself a favour and skip to the next one. Good luck

Best Location to stay for tourists. Just down the road from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Excellent location & Service. Child Friendly. Friendly Staff. Amazing Breakfast. Too many animate pictures around room, otherwise perfect.

A great hotel. Each and every member of the staff is very helpfull, kind, and definitely know what 5-star service means. the rooms are cozy, clean and well organized. the breakfast is great even now during the Corona virus, not like other hotels that serve breakfast in a single plate for each guest, here they have a great open buffet with various kinds of food and the variety changes everyday. the restaurants in the hotel are great and the prices of meals in the room service are very good and even cheap considering it is a 5-stars hotel. i recommend staying in this hotel.

Found a gem in Istanbul. From check-in till check-out, the staffs are incredibly amazing and sweet. Ms. Helin, the Guest Relation had been very sweet and she s gone beyond giving very good services together with the Front Office Manager Ms. Lale. They had helped us in every way and they treated us very well. They gave us complimentary drinks while we are waiting for our check-in. Ms. Helin gave a lot of sweet things to my niece and she s very happy. Ms. Lale also gave us sweet little souvenirs upon check-out. Staffs and services are all lovely and amazing.
The breakfast buffet is very yummy.
The foods in the restaurant are scrumptious.
We are very happy we stayed here for a few days and would love to stay here again when we travel back to Turkey. I would highly recommend this hotel to all the Tourists and Businessmen going to Istanbul.
I would also recommend this to my friends and acquaintances planning to travel to Turkey.

This place has a great location close to many place by either a taxi or metro. Also, I would give a five star to Abdulla for being helpful, kind, and speaking English
