I've Been going to this organization for a period of time and although i highly commend them for their services I Have to say they sadly has some of the most unprofessional,insincere,rude,& Sarcastic Staff I've ever come in contact with in my whole life and sadly again to say it's the women and the women of color at that! It's crazy cause majority of the Latino women working for them I've come aceoss helped out with genuineness and great customer service as if we really matter While the women of color alway have they noses turned up with an attitude for no reason at all! Let me say "if your Not a People's person,Don't get a job dealing with people!" Seriously!..Cause 9 times out of 10 people are coming here for help! Not to be belittled and talked down on or too! COME ON PEOPLE WE GOTTA DO BETTER! and i mean as one Black,Brown,or Blue we're all human beings and everyone goes through something!
# I've been to 3 of their locations so far.. And the One on Alameda is not tht bad the majority treat you with respect! You have to watch the women in housing department (HOPICS)though cause they changed staff and they aren't too genuine now the 1 st crew cared well atleast i know Carmen & Peggy were very sincere people!But THIS NEW CREW I Don't Know!!
# But the Western location and the(HOPICS)Slauson Location(GHETTO)Wheeeew child go at your own Risk! If you tolerate Rudeness and disrespect well then your all good!!
They had help me with my family back in 2007 an they help us with everything job and my place now I'm in need of assistance from them I'm try to see if they can help me an my kids an putting us in shelter
