It was very fun besides the police who harrassingly stopped us and barricaded us from leaving just to end up looking like fools! But the bar itself is amazing the bartenders were great the bar itself is huge but definitely fun and a great place to take friends and hang out have some drinks play darts, etc....
The chicken with beer batter I got was ok, but it gave me food poisoning. While we were there (around 1 pm) there was a loud, intoxicated man that was really bugging us. Our order took so long to arrive, and it was not worth the wait.
Wow! Been going to this place for a few years now, thought it was a legit pub to come and have a few drinks at with good employees and managers.
NOT! I will never go to this dump again! The tall fat dude with glasses is a complete peace of $&%#! I won t even call him by name because of how he treated me and my date! I will tell every friend and business I come in contact with about this guy, and how this pub employs people like this.

This place was awesome about a year ago when I'd just moved to Dallas .. now it's a shadow of its former self. Service went from 5 Star to zero star. From ignoring you as you sit down to cleaning up when you're not done. So sad

Worst service ever! Slow to get drinks and waitress couldn't keep orders straight. After paying my tab and leaving, several of my friends said the waitress told them I hadn't paid, and tried to charge them for my bill. What I don't understand is how the waitress knew my full name if she hadn't already ran my credit card. Will go to Logan's across the street next time.

Textbook definition of bait and switch. Was looking for happy hour, according to the website for this location was just under $3 for beer before 9. Upon ordering I find out that a Lone Star is $4.50. After confronting the bartender about the discrepancy, I was assured that the drink specials were by far the best in the area. I walked to Flying Saucer as soon as possible. Will never go back.
This was my go to place on Saturday nights. A great place to enjoy a few and watch the likes of the Mullet boyz or some obscure band making it big in the world.

Great live music and fun atmosphere. Service is hit or miss depending on which room you sit in and how busy they are. Front and back patio, along with pool tables and a couple video games as well. Food is decent but nothing to write home about.
B3ware of your Credit info, one of the bartenders took my card info down and used my card to make unauthorized transactions if you eat or drink here pay cash only!

I had the blackened chicken . I know they must have boiled the chicken first then added the spices with a quick cook on the grill and it was cold. I couldn't eat it. Even my husband who will eat all leftovers couldn't eat it :(
I love this place! It is my favorite to hang out with my friends. Fridays and Saturdays are the best days to go. Good music, nice people, and my favorite bartenders. I recommend this place
Ok Sherlock's owners LISTEN. Take the tables off the dance floor at 10pm. Being in your establishment during your live music makes me wish I were somewhere else that had a larger area where everyone can come together and make fools of themselves, not just the people comfortable with dancing in front of the whole establishment. TAKE THE TABLES OUT OF THERE 'TILL CLOSE!!

Fun, happening crowded place. Don't try to drive off after drinking like an idiot though, the police camp outside and alcohol sales are highly regulated.
As a whole, I love this place. The atmosphere is great. Food is great and drinks are good. But if you ever go on a Thursday afternoon and there's one particular waitress there, she will make you feel like you're wasting her time. Granted last Thursday, she was the only server there at the time and we had a party of 10 but we were very understanding of her situation so we cut her some slack on the amount of time to get our drinks to us. But every time she came to check on us which was few and far between, she was super annoyed and very unfriendly. We were literally the only table plus 4 or 5 people at the bar. It wasn't packed and no one was Maki g difficult orders. We were very uncomfortable. I love this place in general, and will continue to come here but I will never allow this particular server to be my waitress. It's her job. No names, but she's blond with a nose ring. Very unprofessional. She makes good drinks though.
This is another place that the Addison Police department uses as a trap to arrest people for PI. It is in the same shopping center as the Social House, and thy have the same off duty police officer working security for them. They literally came into the bar and arrested me as I was talking to my waitress. They nearly arrested her as well when she she argued with them, told them I had just gotten there and showed them my tab. This is the most dangerous place in Addison that you can drink. Steer far clear of the whole area if you know what is good for you.
Wow that was so amazing to see and hear the live band. I guess it will become my favorite club to enjoy. The audience are wonderful and it was an amazing vibe. Very positive people and excellent staff. The prices are low and drinks delicious. They also serve meals but I didn't try yet. I want to go there on Wednesday it says you can do Karaokee there with a live band. I love Karaokee... I like that place but make up your own opinion... It's great. Yours Claudius
I love this place, it's cozy, comfy and beautiful. The staff is helpful. This place is definitely chic and I would recommend this place any day. The are couple of games you can play like darts or pool. This place is a good place to watch soccer matches and a soccer fan would understand its value when you get a really good fans to watch a match together while drinking.
This is literally the worst place you can go to!! We went there on a Monday and the kitchen was closed which is fine, and it was 13 of us and we ordered drinks all night long. By the end of the night, one of the management guys; his name is Christian Mendoza, told us that we cannot order pizza and he was so rude about it that he kicked us out. First of all, we did not bring outside food out of choice, they told us they had no server and we could only order at the bar, and that the kitchen was closed . Btw - we were sitting outside and had zero service provided to us. If food was not allowed at this place that could have been communicated to us but instead they just kicked us out! And our tab at the bar was at least $400 within 3-4 hours!

Came here with some friends and we got robbed. My friend lost her tuition money and a gift from her father who passed away. This bar has no cameras and the staff is untrained and incompetent. I highly suggest as an official google tour guide to avoid this place and find another bar because their are people who are ready to rob you and it seems that the staff is in on it.
The atmosphere is fun, but the waitress to table ratio is terrible in the lower live band side. Every time I come here and get a table it's always the same. 30+ min wait for a drink and or food order. They do check back 3 min after order come out and then it's another 30 to 45 min before you see them again. Meanwhile my drink sits empty while I wait to get another. until I finally get irritated enough to walk to the bar and get it myself, which normally is much faster, then the waitress always seems stunned that they aren't getting a huge tip.
Great menu and drink selections, whether draft, bottles or mixed liquor. Having a separate section for the band as well as a quieter area is also a positive for people with different preferences. Only thing I would have liked to improve is speed of service, took a while before someone took our orders and when they finally did show up they realized that we didn't even have menus. Could have been because it was busy. But overall I would recommend this place to both younger, and older crowds.
Karaoke is ahh-maxing here. All walks of life are seen here. Definitely a cool place to be at

I had my birthday celebration at this Sherlocks on Saturday.. We usually go to the one in Addison & Arlington. I choose this one because of the band and non smoking. I called and spoke to someone a week before. He told me that they could not reserve tables due to it being the weekend and it gets crowded. He told me to be there by 8:30. I was there and grabbed a table or tables large enough for my guest. We had some that had to work late and could not make it until later. So we saved chairs. A rude, rude waitress (not even the one servicing our table) came up and started sitting people in the open seats at table. We told her that we had individuals coming and would be there in about 5 minutes, she started yelling at us that we could not save tables unless they were reserved. She started taking our jacks and moving our personal items out of the chairs. I told her that I had called earlier and the manager was suppose to put it in the reservation book that I had a large party coming in. She said nothing was listed and proceeded to give away the table.
The waitress that was waiting on us was very slow, so slow that we went to the other side of the place to buy drinks. She waiting until the end of the night for us to tab out. and they were yelling at us to get out. We told the manager that we were waiting on our tab. All the tabs were wrong she had to go back and redo 3 or 4 of them.
We will NEVER go back to this Sherlocks again. I will deal with the smoke & distance to Arlington and the over crowdy and smoke of Addison, before I will go back here. At least in Arlington we get our drinks and food in a timely manner and the wait staff is not RUDE!!!!!

Worst service from the bartender to the bouncer. We have lived in Dallas all our lives and wanted a fun bar to celebrate post wedding reception with our dearest. We all arrived post wedding reception in chauffeured vehicles. As a certified TABC server, I understand risk and an establishment has the right to refuse service, however there were drunker frat boys getting service not to mention I witnessed racist behavior from management towards members in our diverse party. The bartender was not only rude, but refused to only serve water between drinks. The hotel we were staying was just across the street. This is typical Addison- conservative, racist and lacking customer service. If you want to go and have fun at real bar stick to Dallas- uptown, deep ellum, downtown, etc... The bartenders and management at Sherlocks are classless with horrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.
They messed up a drink order and the bald one at the bar apparently didn t want to work that night because it was an inconvenience to fix it. And the manager felt that arguing about why it was wrong was more important than making it right. The place sucks but hey, it was never promising to begin with
There is a reason why this location hasn't closed. Food is good, fun meeting new people and staff is great! Sherlock's Addison always makes for a great night.
Decent food, but wait staff rarely came around. Brought us appetizers that she wanted without us ordering and charged us for it. When she refilled our drinks, just asked for mine and brought us both and.... Charged us for it. Ace was not full so noise was not the issue, just sloppy service.

I love this place this is my favorite spot in all dfw metroplex the management staff is very professional and friendly as well as the rest of the staff in particular Mackenzie at the bar. They make sure you have a good time and get home safe as well so if they call a cab for you dont take it the wrong way.
I had the Fish and chips at this English style pub. I ordered their regular size fish and chips which I was told was 6 oz and had Fries. The Fries are the thick cut nicely baked fries. There were quite a lot of them. The 6 oz order of Fish was 12 to 14oz in size three were 2 x 6 or 7 oz filets delivered to me. I was really impressed with the size. I would say the fish should have cooked another 40 seconds because the outer crust tasted slightly battery. Still, all in all a good experience for the pricee.
Really fun bar, drinks a little pricey, but the live bands they hire are all really really good. Never seen a bad one to be honest. Great atmosphere and crowd.
Love it hear, the bands they get on Fridays are really energetic and it brings the place to life. Drinks are reasonably priced. There is darts and one pool table in the back. Just wished they had more games or something if you're sitting at a table

i didn't personally care for it. it was very crowded and i wasn't too impressed with the genre of music the band played, but it was obviously very popular. It was big with stage, dance floor, food, drinks, and seating. It wasn't my scene anymore, but still a very hopping place to go if that's what you're looking for.

Poor service from staff, extremely rude. Would not recommend. Staff blocking our way while talking on the phone and just expecting us to stand there. We're wondering whats going on, he then physically puts his hand on my friends chest to stop him. We just left, no respect for people there. Avoid places like these, there are much better places around in that complex than this wannabe bar.
