I had my birthday celebration at this Sherlocks on...

I had my birthday celebration at this Sherlocks on Saturday.. We usually go to the one in Addison & Arlington. I choose this one because of the band and non smoking. I called and spoke to someone a week before. He told me that they could not reserve tables due to it being the weekend and it gets crowded. He told me to be there by 8:30. I was there and grabbed a table or tables large enough for my guest. We had some that had to work late and could not make it until later. So we saved chairs. A rude, rude waitress (not even the one servicing our table) came up and started sitting people in the open seats at table. We told her that we had individuals coming and would be there in about 5 minutes, she started yelling at us that we could not save tables unless they were reserved. She started taking our jacks and moving our personal items out of the chairs. I told her that I had called earlier and the manager was suppose to put it in the reservation book that I had a large party coming in. She said nothing was listed and proceeded to give away the table.

The waitress that was waiting on us was very slow, so slow that we went to the other side of the place to buy drinks. She waiting until the end of the night for us to tab out. and they were yelling at us to get out. We told the manager that we were waiting on our tab. All the tabs were wrong she had to go back and redo 3 or 4 of them.

We will NEVER go back to this Sherlocks again. I will deal with the smoke & distance to Arlington and the over crowdy and smoke of Addison, before I will go back here. At least in Arlington we get our drinks and food in a timely manner and the wait staff is not RUDE!!!!!

If is was not for other members of my party on the way, we would of left and went somewhere else. Plus the band GOOD QUESTION? was awesome. ...
