Sheraton Pretoria Hotel Reviews

Biggest complaint is that if you are a "regular" South African staying here you are not treated as an important guest at all, definitely inferior treatment than foreigners and dignitaries receive. Front end staff (restaurant, bell boys, manager) need some people skills, however all the house keeping staff are lovely. Rooms are a nice size and bathrooms are spacious. Proper sauna and some gym equipment. Breakfast is expensive for what it is

The room are nice and it is located in nice place in Pretoria, whereby the accessibility of transport is easy

For meetings, business,good rooms for sleeping, toilets perfect, eating area very complete.

Food was nice; atmosphere nice. But I would just like to know why the alcohol needs to be so expensive. R40+ for a plain beer? There can be no reasoning to support this.

Not really well located but the service and the atmosphere compensate !!! High level and very luxurious....but definitely a place to go and stay !!!

Had training here for 2 days. Friendly service, good facilities, delicious food and coffee snacks, safe parking.

Quiet. Dropped in for a meeting, very unassuming and easy to find, get in and out of, without going through the city centre. Will def be using it more often.

The brand name does not do justice to the quality. It needs loads of maintenance.

The hostel by itself is fine but the restaurant is not very good. Waiter super slow, i asked for medium rare got well done. Some dishes on the menu are not available.

Was unhappy with the time it took me to check in - a whole hour. That has put me off the hotel. No apology was offered instead the staff blamed me for their mishap.

The hotel is nice, well kept and most of the staff helpful... There were a few small issues, but overall the stay was great...

It's great in all ways as a modern hotel.

Amazing!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. A nice swimming pool for everyone. A lovely spa for any treatment, beauty salon and a gym for those who want to get fit!! I loved the room! VERY GRAND. The hotel also has a fancy restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.

If you're looking for luxury, this is the hotel to book. Everything is almost perfect

Classy setting, comfortable lounge, great ambiance. The food is ok, not excellent for the prices charged. The wine list is comprehensive.

The service in restaurant is quite slow and involves a lot of waiting.

Easy entrance and exit hotel .. very comfortable and quiet .. almost close to the Blue Train train station

Having been there resulted in me seeing the squad of the Egyptian national team after their practice session for weekend game with Mamelodi Sundown.

The conference rooms are spacious and air conditioned, but the food is mediocre.

Was not very busy when we visited but lovely hotel, nice workout room, plenty of food at breakfast, wasn't as keen on the location as a bit difficult to navigate in a busy part of town.
