Biggest complaint is that if you are a "regular" South African staying here you are not treated as an important guest at all, definitely inferior treatment than foreigners and dignitaries receive. Front end staff (restaurant, bell boys, manager) need some people skills, however all the house keeping staff are lovely. Rooms are a nice size and bathrooms are spacious. Proper sauna and some gym equipment. Breakfast is expensive for what it is
