I will renamed this hotel: "the empty box": Beautiful from outside, nothing from inside . Nice tropical hotel atmosphere, room are spacious and nicely decorated , swimming pool is huge , the tropical garden is well maintained, easy More
From the moment we walked in, it felt every bit of the 5 star hotel it claimed to be. The staff were polite, accommodating there were enough of them around that we could have all our queries answered. The room we stayed in, though not perfect, was very clean and easy walking distance to all the facilities. The whole hotel was picturesque and it's impossible to take a bad photo while there. Will definitely be back.
Overall a beautiful spacious resort, the service we experienced across the board was excellent. Rooms are a tiny bit outdated but still clean.
Took one star off for bad pillows! 8/8 were lumpy and neck ache inducing. And breakfast at feast (in hotel) was so so. The mushrooms were sour and a tiny apple juice was $5.50.
Good hotel, friendly service, clean rooms but some parts of it need renovation or a more modern look to be a 5-star hotel! It was a bit disappointing, that there was such a huge need for bookings for breakfast and dinner spots. Food was okay (breakfast at Feast and lunch at the Lagoon bar) but heavily overpriced for what it was (e.g. $5 for hot water to put tea in is ridiculous).
Had a phenomenal stay, what a beautiful resort. The grounds and facilities are first class and I could not fault the staff and service. Everyone was helpful, friendly and couldn t do enough for you. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable.
One of the best resorts we have ever stayed in.

This is not 5 Star. This is like 3.5 star at best. Whole complex is dated, rooms are average. You can hear people walking around above you, so sleep is minimal. Pools need a good clean, kind of a murky brown/blue. Don't be fooled by the touched up photos. Bed is very average, the kind where you sit on it and the whole bed bounces. Ground staff and housekeeping were however very lovely, friendly and quick to respond.
Had a great time staying here! Normally we would go to Fiji or Thailand for a tropical holiday but since we can t leave decided to explore our own backyard and it didn t disappoint! Beautiful setting... friendly service and good cocktails. Thanks for the free drinks on arrival!
The main pool is a bit noisy with lots of children but the ones on the sides are a lot more peaceful. Selection of food at the lobby cafe is not great... and the breakfast restaurant is a bit crazy - I would not have thought that you had to book a table. I recommend going into town for meals - a lot of options to choose from and better prices. Also, although there are signs telling people that you can t reserve pool chairs, not many seem to adhere to this, which is quite annoying.
Other than that it was a great break from Victoria.
I would have given five stars but their customer service is not efficient. Called twice from the room to ask for certain needs, waited approximately 15 minutes each time. The TV function did not work, person in charge said we cannot do anything about it.
However, at the checkout they offered us a discount which does not compensate for the lost time.
Their breakfast was great by the way.
Just left this resort, and what an amazing place to stay. Rooms were great, pools were even better and food at both restaurants was amazing. My kids loved it here. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Especially Ricky, he always made sure we were enjoying our stay. Can t wait to come back here again!!!
Once again had the most amazing stay. A true 5 star resort.
The only negative was the resort being quite busy and having to book for breakfast/dinner and usually not getting in! I think for a resort this size you should be able to cater too all guests for breakfast.
Oliver at the pool was so happy and friendly. 10/10 customer service from him.
