Sheraton Gulf Hotel Review

Good hotel, quiet location above the hills of the city of Palma and right on Son Vida golf course.
As a Marriott GOLD member, the reception was not the same as from other accommodations and the attention, thanks to many drunk hotel guests at the directly adjacent bar, did not help the first impression at reception.
Our corner room on the 3rd floor was nice, with a view of the clubhouse and towards the city (if not blocked by trees, but absolutely nice!) And with a large balcony at the end of the hall.
Breakfast was perfect and the staff here made the stay complete, even if mostly only poor English and 2-3 words of German were spoken, but the efforts were there. An international hotel, should at least speak the Group's mother tongue in terms of service.
But everything within the framework.
Parking a bit away from the reception was possible for free directly at the hotel, as underground parking was no longer available when we arrived.
International audience, but 40% German-speaking and well over 60 on average! We (late 40s and 50s) were by far the youngest.
If you don't have to be directly on the water or in the tourist strongholds, this is the perfect place for you!

Best golf resort of Europe! Green fees for the 3 arabella golf courses are included in the room rate! Best choice for a relaxing and fun golf holiday. Will be back soon for a round of golf!

We went to spend the day at the pool and the facilities are great the resident menu to spend the day is very good. All a success.

I went with my partner to a pack of buffet breakfast, spa and massage of 1h. The breakfast is very good, nothing is missing. The spa area a bit sad. Several showers were not working. The Turkish bath did not have the correct temperature and the hot tub is small. If there are more users, it almost takes turns.
The 1h massage that lasted 45-50 min was really quality. Incredible stretchers they have and the staff is professional. I will return to the massage for sure.

Sometimes we got turndown service and sometimes we did not. Very strange......
Around 21:30-22:00, someone will knock at the door and offer us some water....... it is tiny bit late, I have to say.
I almost forgot to mention that during the first three nights of our staying, we spent 2 hours on average to kill five mosquitoes each night. The dark furniture in the room and the huge room made it even difficult...
Both indoor and outdoor pool are very nice. Food was ok too.

Restaurant bodega cozy terrace. Right on the golf course. Even after golfing for a bite to eat. Great selection of good tappas. Unfortunately only open on weekends.

Pure luxury, the restaurant La Bodega Green where I had lunch overlooking the pool, delicatessen food, exquisite presentation, reception by Veronica and attention from Maica were unbeatable, always pending us. I will come back safe for how detailed they are.

We were very well treated at the Sheraton MALLORCA Arabella on our around the world trip on Helicopter. The service and the food is super.

Very nice location for golfers. The rooms are very small and used to be a luxury. Today the curtains on the windows are a bit older. In the bathroom, e.g. Disposable toothbrush with toothpaste and possibly a nail file. Not enough for a 5 star hotel.
The service in the restaurant and at the bar was very good. Overall, the hotel would be too old-fashioned for me.

What a pity that a hotel in this category does not have soundproof rooms and one has to put up with the neighbor's television! I would not return to this hotel because it fails in the substantial and stays with appearances.

We had a great day at the Green spa and restaurant. All the staff have been friendly, kind and helpful. We have eaten croquettes-peppers-salmon-salad-pasta and all this with a good Mallorcan wine.

I went to mallorca arabella golf for an event at my golf academy. However, from what I saw the service is superb (it has 5 stars) and the hotel itself appeared to be comfortable and luxurious. There is no doubt that staying there should be a pleasure

Have been here for a week with a group to play golf. Ideal starting point to the places Son Vida, Son Muntaner, Son Quint.
The places were very well maintained, the greens unfortunately took a bit of getting used to for us, because they were very fast.
The hotel complex is nicely laid out and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is also very good, but we were in different places on 5 evenings in Palma. (see other reviews). A taxi ride costs around 12.

Excellent hotel. Purely. Attentive service. Warm water in the spa. Room cleaning is on top. The waiters are quick and attentive. Very, very tasty and fresh food. Right next to the golf courses. I enjoyed every day in this wonderful place.

Very beautiful place. Sunday lunch for residents 26 / pax and 12 / child, you eat very well and the most important thing is that this super trankilo. Children can play in the inchable castle area or near miniclub there are pools. Highly recommended for families on Sundays.

Nice golf oasis in fancy son vida. Sheraton brings expectation they cant always live up to. Staff is great, hotel is clean, breakfast great views and ok buffet. The fitness centre is from 90s -no space and ultra humid in a wooden cabin and tv channels makes me think im in germany... Free parking on street outside. Titanium membership honored.
