However they need to improve more in the professionalism by hiring professional individuals. Management is good and but needs takes more good care of the employees and their needs. Hello . Workers in a company called Halal Food in Korangi Industrial Area in Karachi are being abused. Halal Food Company does not give its employees their due. If an employee tries to raise his voice for his right, his gate is stopped. Under the guise of lockdown, salaries are not being paid and annual bonuses are not being paid

Not being given Forced and stopped on time and Oriam money is not paid. If someone else stops on time, his gate stops the next day.

Employees were not paid even on the occasion of Eid. The higher authorities are requested to ensure that the employees of the halal food company are given their due in accordance with the labor laws and strict action be taken against the oppressive administration.
