Stayed here because it was a special on a discount site. Would not return if I had a choice to stay elsewhere. Location is close to the highway and area restaurants. Room was nice and the bed was comfortable. But, the shower didn't have a full door/curtain, so water ended up all over the floor. Bathroom door didn't close either. Hotel itself missed the mark. Biggest head-scratcher: there was a large group staying there for an event, but they only had one elevator turned on. Waited over 10 minutes, and others resorted to riding the elevator all the way up just to ride it back down because they knew it would be full when it came back. No in-room fridge, so to keep beverages cold ice was needed. No big deal, right? Except that ice machines are only on every other floor and the one on our floor was out of service, so we had to walk down several flights of stairs in order to go to the working machine two floors down (due to the elevator situation).

My stay there was excellent. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Wifi was good.

It was the only pet friendly place to stay in on the western half of CT. All Crowne Plaza's that I've been in have one of the most comfortable beds and pillows in any hotel. The main reason that I liked this place is because they are pet friendly and pets stay for free. My wife and I travel everywhere in this country with our 2 dogs. Therefore, I recommend this place to all pet owners. The staff is very kind, everywhere inside is clean and they offer a complimentary breakfast to all guests. Not a continental breakfast, but a full breakfast menu. One of my dogs was so comfortable on the bed that he didn't move much to eat his raw hide treat, while the other watched him!! How's that for comfort!!

Lovely place to stay. Wonderful staff, clean. Plenty of meeting rooms, 10 floors of rooms, breakfast was also good.

A very nice hotel. Friendly and efficient staff from check in until check out. The breakfast includes fresh fried eggs, you have to order them at the table.

The rooms and facilities are very nice, but the staff is excellent. Every time I have had an issue, the staff has taken care of it faster than I thought possible. The only thing I'm not a fan of is their new toilets.

Good price compare with other hotels around the area

Id have to say this one the nicest unassuming hotels I've stayed at in a while. Staff was extremely accomidating and friendly. Rooms were clean and up-to-date. Only caveat was that I was traveling with my dog and I felt that a $50 per night non refundable dog incidental fee was pretty high. That being said during my stay I accidently knocked a glass into the sink and ceramic cracked, which they were kind enough to waive charges on. So overall i'd say that while I was not fully satisfied with my stay, I was pretty darn close. Also I wasn't crazy about the stand up shower that had no full glass door. After every shower the floor was soaked!

Beautiful clean hotel, restaurant inside open until 11 I believe. Price isn't to bad some rooms have a disability bath tub with bars and a seat in the tub...clean rooms, big breakfast area....

Stayed here for two days and we checked in very late. They have big rooms. Our room is near the road but didnt hear any noise. I love their room curtains. Free breakfast is until 11 am and staff are very very pleasant and helpful.
