I had the pleasure of visiting Fashions Unlimited recently with the Baltimore Heritage Society. It was so engaging to see the behind the scenes of some of the country's top designer's and sportwear companies. Fashions Unlimited works primarily with stretch fabrics, such as those used in athletic clothing, and specializes in cutting edge technology. The owner shared some of his favorite projects- everything from the Marilyn Monroe bra to atheletic uniforms that monitor the wearer's vital signs. It was a great way to spend a morning and learn about one of Baltimore's hidden gems!

Fashions Unlimited has made several collections of cycling jerseys, headbands, and arm warmers for me. They specialize in stretch fabric, and have flat lock capability, binding attachments, and do heat transfer application. A pattern maker is available to work with clients on product development.
