The service here was very nice and helped us out a lot. The room had a really nice view and was a great room overall. Nothing was overly perfumed to the point that it would bother someone sensitive to smells and fragrances. The bathroom was lovely and had a great makeup mirror. It's in a nice location too. The only annoying thing was the fee they charged us on account of the fact we were going to a convention, so don't tell them if you are.

Great hotel in Boston down town.

Great hotel in Boston down town.
Probably only place in Boston that can host big company's get together as having large number of rooms.
Ready access to malls.
Good meeting rooms and halls.

Though there is a lot of scope for improving food taste.

Had the pleasure to spend just one Night i this Upscale Hotel midst in the City. Its location is very convenient as Fenway Park, Prudential Center (Huge Shopping Mall) Boston Public Library and other spots as within walking distance.

The Hotel Facilities are Clean, nice and easy accessible. Despite having 6 Elevators in the Northtower only 1-2 seem to work as the wait is sometimes abit too much.

Rooms are clean and cozy. Did not have a view as windows were faced out to another massive Building. The lighting is not optimal either as when there is only a Bathroom and entry light and the next is at the bedside it gets a bit dark in the remaining part of the room.

Staff is helpful and friendly

Very nice hotel and quick service. All of the staff is friendly and informative they have a very big swimming pool and exercise center. The location is very convenient being next to a transit station and the convention center. There are also a ton of restaurants to visit that are within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are also very clean. The only issues I had was there could be some more outlets.

Stayed here last year for 2 nights and I used Priceline to book a good deal. At check-in I could tell the girl at the desk was brand new because she looked nervous and cautious while using the computer. I made sure to tell her I already paid for the room on Priceline when she ran my card and asked it s only for the $50 incidental hold, correct? She replied yes that s all. She ended up charging my card for the room.... I brought it up to a manager when I spotted it on my checking account. Honest mistake, right? After him giving me a hard time about it (basically saying I m wrong) I had to prove it to him showing him my bank statement even though they can see that they charged my debit card on their system.

After a big hassle, he said it was all fixed and I should see my money back in my account at midnight and I will not be charged (it was being held). He offered me absolutely nothing for limiting my funds during a trip and not seeing how a few hundred dollars out of my account during my stay could be a big deal I guess. I asked if I could get a drink voucher for the hotel bar and he said that it s illegal? He eventually gave me a hotel credit for $50. I was satisfied but still annoyed at the ordeal. Fast forward to 6:30am the next morning and my account was charged and the hold was never reversed! I storm down to the front desk and ask for a manger. She is extremely rude and tells me she doesn t see any charge to my card. She again requests to see my bank statement, I show her. She says there s nothing she can do even though I show her that they charged me and I said oh great you just take my money and now it s my problem? I then request an extra nights stay, being that I already paid for it... she said no and basically told me to go F myself after they took my money! $200+ stolen from me! She then accused me of already complaining about this and getting the $50 hotel credit but I had to explain further that this isn t the issue and that they have my money. Called corporate and got nowhere and finally disputed it after making a claim with my bank. Never staying at this overpriced idiotic hotel again.

First time coming to Boston from Ireland. We stayed in Sheraton Hotel in August. Fabulous hotel, had children programmes for my two year old daughter. Loved the pool. Loved there was a shopping centre in level two. Beds were so comfy. Made us feel so welcome. Will be staying again next year.

The room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel staff wasn't too helpful when I needed to extend my stay. They sent me away from the front desk to book another night on my own, rather than doing it on the spot. Wifi isn't complementary, which is completely ridiculous.

I'm not giving this rating for the hotel itself, but for the customer service. Even during an employee strike, Housekeeping took down my information and called me back the next day after finding the bag I left in my room. Mary even called me back with the tracking number. Thank you so, so much.

Nice upscale hotel with a good restaurant. Staff were all very professional. Room was clean however even my upgraded room was rather small. Nice views of the river. A good hotel for business.

Very large impersonal hotel that does little to help your stay. This hotel is the final stop on a 3 week stay in the USA and it isn't a fitting finale . Rooms are small and dated, we had a lot of luggage and no one available to help on a late arrival plus the rudest client services staff we have encountered on this or any other trip. We are relatively regular visitors to boston as we love the place and we know there are many better alternatives in the city than the Sheraton.

The ammenities themselves were very nice, but our group just had so many problems. Our rooms were not ready until after 7pm and then we had a problem with room keys. Since then, things have been better.

In town for a conference, well placed and appointed. The smaller conference ballrooms are ridiculous though...super wide and shallow, so speaker can never face the entire audience at once nor properly see their own slides displayed.

Gorgeous hotel with spectacular views. Linked to the mall by the second level means it's easy to shop while leaving our winter coats in the room. Glayson on check in was superb and chose a fantastic room for us. If we visit again we will definitely stay here!

The room was supposed to be for two people, but only had one bed which was a double, when we asked for more pillows and blankets they said they'd bring them, hours later we called and asked again only to be told they ran out

I went to the Virgin Pulse Thrive event at the Sheraton. The rooms are well maintained and offered a wide variety of setup options. The staff were friendly and the gentlemen emptying the trash. The bar staff were great. Stayed overnight in one of the south tower rooms. Very clean. Good internet connector. Door men were helpful and getting a cab was quick. Bell hop was busy so i had a longer than desired wait to get my checked bag. Would give 5 stars if they had fun towel animals or mints on the pillows. Not much else to be asked for. The clam chowder at the restaurant is not as good as Legal Seafood, but had large chunks of clam.

The event I attended was well done by the staff and the rooms were conducive to the purpose of the event. However, the wait staff neglected to give one of our party members a plate and we were not able to get her one through notifying them.

There are too many things wrong with this hotel to count. Yes, there is great service and your in a perfect spot in Copley Square Boston. However the rooms themselves are small, worned down, traditional design in not in a good way and a littleny of other issues too much to write about here. I would never go back here unless there is some renovation of some kind. It was that bad.

This place was great for the price. The bathroom and sleeping area were small but hey it's downtown Boston attached to the convention center and Pru. The fifth floor has a fantastic gym and indoor pool. It really was quite nice.
