Helpful staff and clean rooms. The stay was pleasant and also the business center services we were provided was great value for money. Good food at the restaurant and great place for a family or friends meet up. Also lots of other places to explore in the mall next door.

I am working in this hotel as a GSA F&B SERVICE..I like the job very much...And the seniors, managers are too good...they treated me like a friend..Some time i feel this is not a hotel, it's like my house...the environment, behavior, staffing is too good...I just loved it..when ever I keep my step into the hotel,i feel good,i feel yes i'll be treat like i was being treated my house...Love the place,love the way they are talking,and they always help me to built a career... and the HR Dept is really appreciateble as well as our F&B dept.. Amit Kobat sir is really good..
One of the best 5 star in Bangalore near Yeshwanthpur or Rajajinagar. Where you can enjoy the neighborhood hood, Orion mall inside hotel experience is also pleasant. They offer very good range of buffet dinner lunch and breakfast and I have enjoyed every meals here. They keep on celebrating local cuisine on occassions and you should not miss that of you are staying there in those seasons.
Interior is pretty decent not extraordinary, but excellent food, lunch buffet is fantastic.

The staff is very courteous and welcomed with warm wishes. The architecture of this hotel from outside is completely of glass but when you go inside and see it's totally a different ball game altogether and you will be surprised. This is really one of the best properties of sheraton group.
Coming to food - it was a good experience altogether however not much variety of starters was there but whatever they had was aptly cooked and was delicious to have. In the main course they had gud number of varieties and honestly I couldn't have it all.
Dessert section was nicely filled with different types of cakes and sweets. Best I liked was the fresh fruit cake which had litchi.
As I said it was my bday treat, they arranged a complimentary chocolate cake which was too yummy. It was really a nice gesture on their part. Overall we all enjoyed this experience.

Nice place and excellent service: we got late flight out of town, and got the room extended up to 16.00. The breakfast has huge varieties to choose from. The staffs are always friendly and helpful.
