it was overall HORRIBLE!! they forgot my flowers before i walked down the aisle. they brought out food that i paid for and a chocolate fountain once the wedding was already done instead of on time. As for the starwood points they promised i had to keep calling and emailing not only my specialist (the fourth one due to the others quitting) but her boss and i had to email one of the big bosses. 38 days after the wedding (today) i finally got the points but its only because i basically had to harass them for an answer and some form of action. when the starwood people said it should have been in a few days after the wedding smh VERY unprofessional i would tell anyone i know to go somewhere else!

Attended a business event at this location. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the lobby and the fact that there were signs posted for no smoking near the building. Only minor complaint was that the chairs provided for the event were pretty small and as a result I felt very squished while listening to the keynote. Other than that, a good experience overall.

the reception staff are very polite and welcoming. I was welcomed with a smile and all the information I needed. The room is clean and comfortable, bed very comfortable. I was woken on one night from external sounds from the local mall. Location is very close to local convenances

If I could give zero stars i would being a business owner customer services is number one priority. I called Sheraton's towson location on 10/6/16 in hopes to get some information on booking on of the ballrooms to have my annual holiday event its now 10/10/16 and still no called I actually attempted to call on more than several occasions and each time i spoke with marketing and sale promising me that they would email me a proposal. I have been hosting many corporate events through the years and never has it taken four and a half days the manager didn't even attempt to call me back. Upon my experience the clearly don't need my money so Martin's West it is.If you plan on having an event go else where they do not communicate properly. When I called to cancel it is now 4:18 pm the still brushed it off the marketing department needs a new staffing team and coaching. Hope this saves you the time and headache.

Very nice hotel. I was here for a security conference and it was very nice to be able to head to the room to decompress from time to time.

The room was pretty nice. I have back problems and the mattress didn t add to them which is more than I can say for a lot of hotels. The pillows weren t great, but I travel with one so all good. A bit on the pricey side but it was a nice big room and close to restaurants and shopping. Plus with the conference being there, I m sure they could charge a bit more.

Facilities were decent for a conference, but not quite big enough. That s more on the organizers though for overselling.

Overall, good experience

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. During my last stay I had an incident happen that really changed my view. This review is specific to the lack of accountability on the management of the hotel.

I checked in and went to my room and was in my room after a shower when someone walked into my room. This was another guest! We both were shocked and he apologized and quickly closed the door and left. I immediately called the front desk and explained what happened and Ben told me that unfortunately you were not completely checked in so we gave the room to someone else by accident . I asked for a manager to call me and said this was completely unacceptable. I never heard from a manager.

I followed up with SPG customer care and asked for a hotel manager to call me. I really wanted ONE apology from the hotel and to acknowledge the mistake. I never heard back.

The hotel is nice and clean. Just make sure you close the lock behind the door after check in and pray that you have no issues because nobody is going to take accountability.

Hotel feels aged and dingy. Rooms are fairly well equipped, but the plumbing isnt perfect. One of the elevators has smelled like vomit for 2 days now. Food is somewhere between average and good. Location of the hotel next to the Towson mall is a plus

This was the worst hotel I ve ever stayed at. I would never recommend it to ANYONE. There was mold on the bathroom walls of the gym, the recessed light in my hotel room was falling out of the ceiling, the bathroom in my room was disgusting, dust in the corners of the room, tub didn t drain properly. I ve never felt more uncomfortable at a hotel. Terrible.

Service, service, service. From the time you walk in until you leave you are a guest. Keith, at the front desk had great energy and is a testament to hospitality. Room was clean as was the lobby. Right across the street from mall- safe and great part of town.

Went for a bridal expo. The hotel was very nice and staff was nice. The food and drinks they provided were all good. Parking garage only had a height of 6'6" so we had to park our truck across the street at the towson garage. Thats was my only issue with this place

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Tons of things to do within walking distance and the staff of the hotel are more than happy to make suggestions depending on your needs. I was greeted by friendly faces and an ultra fast check in process. THUMBS UP SHERATON!!!

Wonderful modern upscale hotel with a Starbucks and fine dining/room service. Attendants were super accommodating and the room was lovely. The bed was heaven! Plus, to top it off, it's right next to the Towson town center mall. FUN!!

Upon check in no room keys for the entire hotel worked. Over 24 hrs without a room key. Had to get an employee to escort you to your room anytime you wanted to enter your room. 12th Club Floor had poor staffing and out of food most of the time. Staff in club room had no clue as to what an "SPG Gold" certificate for a drink was. You have to have your parking garage ticket "validated" each time you leave the parking garage. If you forget, they charge you $9.00 each time you come and go from the parking garage. The hotel looks nice on the outside and inside. However, poor management and lack of customer service makes this hotel one that should not be an SPG member hotel.

Friendly staff, clean room and common areas for our conference. Valet really went above and beyond. A few maids went out of their ways to ask if I was looking for a specific room, and walked me to my destination. Very impressed.

Let me start with the positive. The check-in was easy. The lobby has seating and offers ice lemon water. The computers are available for use 24 hrs. They offer free wine, beer, soda and appetizers once a week. It's located right across the street from a great mall Towson Town Center and a Fresh Market. There is a restaurant in the lobby and a Starbucks.
Now for my experience. For a Sheraton I thought the customer service would be better and the hotel would be much cleaner. I stayed at the Sheraton for 11 nights for work. I asked from extra hangers, it took 2 phone calls and 2 days for me to get the hangers. The top comforter is clean but the underblanket was disgusting. It was yellowish and had blood stains on it. Luckily I bring my own bed coverings when I travel. The chair in the room has lots of stains. The bathroom has stains on the walls, the bathtub is chipped and I had some type of bug in my washcloth in the shower. When I tell management my complaint was practically dismissed. They sent someone to remove only the washcloth with the bug no cleaning of the room. Later that evening, I went down to the front desk to complain that my room was not cleaned even after finding the bug and was told someone would be up to clean and no one showed. The locks to the doors are worn and old and my key had to be reactivated 3 times. Many times I used the stairs because the elevator took too long. The elevators are dirty, the carpet is stained and has an odor. The hallways are dark and the carpets are stained. While the staff is really nice, the 2 times I went to the restaurant I waited an unreasonable amount of time to be seated, the food took long to come out. For the prices, the service should be better.

Definitely not up to the standards of the Sheraton brand.

The go-to hotel for people visiting Goucher College, and probably the best choice in the Towson area in general. I've also attended a small conference there, which was really nice. There is a restaurant and bar which is nice as hotels go. The bartender was really friendly last time I sat down there.
