Sheraton Arlington Hotel Reviews

We stayed at the Sheraton to attend a baseball game. The hotel was in a good location, close to the field and there was a trolley to and from the game. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The reason for two stars is the condition of the pool. In the photos the pool looks great, and that is part of the reason we booked there. My boys were looking forward to swimming in the afternoon before we went to the game. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Tons of dirt and algae, they clearly do not keep the pool up at all. You know it s bad if two little boys won t even go in it. I don t know how they can advertise having a pool when it looks the way it does in person. Gross. Would not stay there again.

Hotel was alright. Nice interior with giant windows, but I paid $200 a night and had no microwave in the room.

This is a really nice hotel and located in a perfect place. However, we had a bad experience with management taking ownership of a basic function. We checked in our room and there was a sewage smell and toilet backed up. We notified management immediately. We were only in the room a couple of minutes after check in due to having to attend a wedding. After returning at 2am, the same smell was present. Due to it being late and a long day, we just went to sleep. Later in the morning, the toilet flooded and human waste was everywhere. Management only offered us breakfast for the inconvenience, which I declined. This couldn't have been the first time this problem was reported for room 1111. Update: After a review by the hotel, we have been given a full refund for our room. Great job by management to rectify the situation.

First time here. Covid restrictions were lax but that's to be expected. Very nice hotel. I think they were having issues with the air. It was hot.

This hotel has the WOW factor! Even though it was in the middle of being renovated, it was wonderful! The views alone are worth the stay. The rooms are immaculate. The pool fantastic. Although I did not use the room service, I did look over the menu and had I not already eaten, there were many things that I would have loved to order. I got a special price online but the room was easily worth double. I would love to stay here again after the renovation is complete. Next time I stay here, I know that I will be able to look forward to a relaxing comfortable stay.

The staff at this hotel provide exceptional service, and they treat their guests like family! The rooms are very well maintained, and you can definitely see their high dedication to satisfaction. Great location, great hotel for a family as there are plenty activities in the area.

The junior sweet was very clean and nice! The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was hot and delicious.

Nice hotel with good pet policies. Bad interior design that encourages filth buildup. Clean towels are stored on top of where I took pictures.
