Love this hotel. Very nice rooms, cheap rates most of the time, and they treat us very well if you join the rewards with lots of amenities that few other big chains provide.

Everyone from stepping out of the car, to the front desk, bar staff, housekeeping, pool staff, and outside cook were beyond what I've ever experienced of customer service. View was amazing, and the room was beautiful. First time staying and was beyond impressed. My youngest even told me "Mom, they really want to make sure everyone has a great time, right?" I told her absolutely! Highly recommended!

Awesome experience. Spent the weekend here and it was nothing less than amazing. World class service, amenities, and facilities. If you are ever in the Dallas area please book a night. The prices are great!

Great staff that treated me like a friend from out of town... Awesome food and you have to drop by the lobby bar for some truely unique crafted cocktails... It just simply a great place to relax and enjoy yourself..

First point of contact was not good. I called in with a question and was placed on hold for 20min. I had my roommate call in from another phone and they got the question answered immediately. When i arrived to check in and tried to voice my displeasure the clerk ignored me and spoke over me....no apology just absolute disregard. This bothered me my entire stay. The greeting staff at the front for was great. Very pleasant. The lobby is nice but there is a sour seweage smell throughout that area starting when you come in from the parking garage. The room was nice. Shower was nice. Free parking was great. Gym was fantastic.

Great property can't wait until it reopens and we can visit again!

Ended up staying here after being in Dallas for business, and was extremely happy. It definitely had a bit of a resort feel to it, the lobby and rooms were gorgeous and the restaurants were absolutely delicious which includes the bar/restaurant. The hotel bar was fun and a great atmosphere. The pool area was nice, just kind of wish a little larger. Experienced a problem with the air conditioning in the room and once called they were right on it and in the room, took care of it. The staff was amazing, the overall feel was terrific.

Other than a few minor fixes in the bathroom, love my room and bed. Absolutely love the water view across from hotel. Awesome pool and fitness center, with Jacuzzi/spa, sauna and gym. They have complimentary treats on weekends like milk shakes, cookies, etc. Great wine bar, restaurant, sports bar, business center and so on. Overall best hotel I've stayed at yet.
