We are new customers, but our experience after 3 months is quite positive. Employees are pleased with the coverage and accounting likes being able to use the "epay" function on their website.

My mom had a employee DBL with them. Took her a month to make the payment go through successfully. The payment form was complicated and the question in it was ambiguous. She tried to pay, but they said they can't find her account, so they charged $20 for the return payment fee. The same thing happened three times. This is unacceptable, we got charged extra $60 dollars just because they can't find the policy.

Just a very big disappointment. I even tried being proactive and got them the info they needed from my doctor ahead of time. Very poor customer service. Constant run-arounds. I was back to work and they were still wanting more and more paperwork filled out by my doctor, who was charging me each time he needed the SAME info filled out. Save yourself and your HR manager a headache and don't use this company.

I really am unhappy that on the day they are supposed to process disability payments they decided to close early, also it being a holiday weekend. Then to find out the checks would be processed at 230 pm on Tuesday but didnt mail them till Wednesday. Thanks for the 3 late credit card payments. You'd think it was their money. Hope I never have to do business with them ever again.

Husband has been out on disability since May 28. Received some payments. Paperwork submitted on two different dates. Now saying claim is closed. Telling Husband two different stories. First time called said check would be sent out that day. Still no check. Husband called was told paperwork on employers end. Now closing claim original paperwork stated a possible return to work date of September 1. Don't understand how claim can be closed when paperwork submitted by doctor hasn't reached possible back to work date.

They denied me my paid family leave when my son was born back in April saying I hadn't worked enough despite my 12+ week countinued employment. Also Penski staffing told me I was qualified to take the leave before hand. I'm now behind on rent and out $3000 owed to me. Worst insurance company around period.
