My mom had a employee DBL with them. Took her a month to make the payment go through successfully. The payment form was complicated and the question in it was ambiguous. She tried to pay, but they said they can't find her account, so they charged $20 for the return payment fee. The same thing happened three times. This is unacceptable, we got charged extra $60 dollars just because they can't find the policy.
