I always use Shell for all my vehicles and I drive distances looking for shell stations as I don t fill any any other pumps, however recently I m considering to change due to the V-Power campaign which is really annoying!! They keep insisting and approaching to fill V-Power when as a costumer I know what I want and don t like get forced every time!! I believe enough awareness is there and you need to stop telling us every time we come for refilling our vehicles. Please build a database by using other technologies in order to to repeat approaching the same people all the time.

Nice office and family like environment spoiled by security at the entrance. It took him ages to let us in. We had to call our contact inside to meet us.

Ample of parking space for all including visitors and Shell Oman Marketing Co has a safe emergency plan which is briefed to all visitors and it was great to see that which gives me peace of mind being there. Staff from top down are generally friendly and the atmosphere I felt for them working there was of a team working together and caring for each other.
