Very Poor communication!

I was hurt in a accident and I had to chase these lot for answer and was left feeling like I was the Quilty one!

Would I use these lot again? NEVER!
I'd rather bin my money and claim then ever use these lot again!
My advice PLEASE AVOID AND SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE!!

Awful firm. I personally could've represented my injury case better. They do not keep in touch regularly to let you know how the case is going. Multiple times I had to ring to find out and when I rang, my solicitor was off most of the time. I gave them lots of different types of evidence and they still couldn't get the job done. When they realised the case wasn't going my way, they dropped me like a hot potato. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM!

My child of 3 had a accident no fault of her own where the other side admitted full responsibility and at the end of the 3 year claim dead line which I thought she could no longer claim they admitted that they took to long and then tried More

They were extremely friendly when I approached them and dealt with my claim in a sensitive manner. Throughout the whole process they were extremely effiecient ensuring I got the compensation I deserved.

Took for ever to send payment once claim competition was told it's in accounts waiting to be posted took 2 months

SD Solicitors asked me on the phone to provide my driving license nr, national insurance nr, DoB, address, work...
Later emailed me to provide proof of address + photo of myself holding my ID - just to assess whether to take my claim!!

No, thanks. You can keep your disproportionate invasion into privacy for someone else. I am sure you can assess whether to take a minor accident claim without a photo of me holding up my ID. And if you decide to take on the claim, you could invite me to your office seeing we are not too far, and confirm my identity rather than collect Gestapo-level of information for your system.

These solicitors have been very professional and have been very helpful with my case

I have dealt with many solicitors over the years with my accident repair business and these to date have been the best by far. I use them for every claim now and have never been steered the wrong way.

They told me my case was not worth taking to court as I had a low chance of getting any compensation , for me to then be awarded 3 grand of another solicitor firm

Doesn't pay suppliers, despite numerous requests for payment over several months. Would never do business with again. Would never allow them anywhere near an accident or personal injury claim.

All over me like a rash when they heard about my accident. Then dropped me like a dog once they found out the case was 50/50. Even though I had an independant whitness!

They want the easy cases for easy money and are not prepared to work for it!
