No, thanks. You can keep your disproportionate invasion into privacy for someone else. I am sure you can assess whether to take a minor accident claim without a photo of me holding up my ID. And if you decide to take on the claim, you could invite me to your office seeing we are not too far, and confirm my identity rather than collect Gestapo-level of information for your system.
