Shefayoga Review

Extremely disappointed to hear that Shefayoga is still holding in studio classes. Shefayoga is willingly putting the health of students and the community at risk. I'm a healthcare provider and Shefayoga's disregard is the biggest slap in the face to everyone bending over backwards trying to keep people well and alive. It is simply unforgivable and they should be ashamed. This used to be my favorite studio but I will never support this business again.

Best studio in Seattle! The teachers are soulful, knowledgable and in tune with their students.

Leah & her whole team are amazing at what they do. I've had instructors welcome me back to their class after a five month absence when I would have never expected them to recognize me. I received prompt and very kind help when there was an issue with a holiday promo I purchased (it was my fault but they were sooooo accommodating) and I have always loved my experience going to this studio. Each teacher is wonderful and has their own style but are supportive, kind and encouraging.

Although I have enjoyed over 100 classes at shefayoga and have adored many of the instructors, I can no longer support a business owner that cares so little for the community at large to defy COVID restrictions so blatantly and so loudly (and on Fox News, no less). Holding in-person classes while other studios sit empty following the rules is not brave. It is a shame that assistance has been so sparse, that some industries are carrying the load of closures and I sympathize with that and think that should change. However, this is not the way either. I am so disappointed. Once this is over, I will not be returning.

I've been going to Shefayoga for years now and have always regarded it as a haven for physical and even spiritual health and growth. Lately there have been some hiccups with the scheduling and policies but the staff have been able to address them responsively.

Just did Instagram yoga with you. Offering it for free is what every one needs and that was very generous of you. People like you is exactly what we need right now. Great class thank you- greetings from Detroit

I love all the teachers at ShefaYoga! I appreciate that every teacher brings their unique spirit to their teaching, but that ALL teachers emphasize a slow warm up flow to their classes and always let students know that it is THEIR practice, so they can modify or take a break when needed. It always feels warm, welcoming, and inclusive. Love it.

This is the best yoga studio I have ever been and the absolute best in the area. The place is very welcoming, you can breathe kindness. The teachers are really awesome (my three absolutely favorite ones teach here!). Despite it being very fancy and high quality, the place feels very relaxed and welcoming to all levels!

Love the challenge provided in everyone's practices as well the variability. The teachers are genuine, so kind and engaged. Haven't been able to find a studio I like as much even when I still loved in the area. Both studios are simple yet very clean and inviting. Thrilled to have the virtual classes now that I live in Vancouver WA. Glad I kept myself on the marketing distribution email list. Thank you so much, Leah, for what you and your team have created!
