I was there on May 28th, problem not solved on the 1st visit (so waisted money), called Becky straight away after leaving the garage and realizing problem wasn't fixed, she lied saying was fixed but it wasn't, offered to to go a 2nd time on June 13th, asked them to fix and problem finally fixed after going for a drive and tested if problem fixed, not professional garage.....so paid twice to fix 1 problem....not admitting their fault, ripping people off.....

Horrible experience. And the person I dealt with, I think his name was Kieran was rude and dismissive when he realised my budget along with my car, (car was an Xtrail and budget was €29000) I obviously had not got the right budget and I would never go near them again. Horrible and belittling experience. Carlow Branch were completely different, so lovely and approachable. I would steer clear of Naas branch! Awful experience in Naas which the staff member in Carlow said he had heard from a lot of customers. Staff on Naas need to realise they are car sales people!! No need to look down their noses at better educated people who have a “normal” car and don’t fancy putting stupid money to a new car!!! I will never go near them again!!
Bought a new EV off Sheehys last year. Airbag light came on last week. Told to immediately stop driving. Collected last Thursday and still not looked at. Possibly Thursday of this week before they can look at it. In the meantime putting diesel into a replacement car. Told us they’d no time to look at it they were too busy getting new cars out…..buyer beware!
We have dealt with a few VW Motor garages but tbree years ago we decided to try Sheehys. We won't go anywhere else now. The staff are so nice and we have now bought two cars off Caolan. A young gentleman who knows his stuff, gives great advice, is not pushy......you can contact him anytime while thinking about your purchase. We got a real good deal from Sheehys.Thank you Caolan

I just purchased a new iD4 from Sheedy Motors Naas. It was the excellent customer service and friendliness of Caolan O'Sullivan who convinced me to buy there. He was patient in explaining the details of all the electric cars, answered all the questions and helped me in choosing the one which suited me best. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any car purchase.
Fully service supposed to be done, but faults pointed out not repaired, even though on invoice stated as being complete. On reporting same would only offer to book in again , another day lost in work!

Have dealt with Sheehy's for a couple of years now and can't fault them! The VW staff are so friendly and helpful; the showroom has some interesting cars on display and the sales guys even offered to let me have a go in a new Touareg while my car was in for a service... which I jumped at!
As I said, cannot fault the lads; Frank is also great to talk with and thoughtful enough to make you feel at home right away - I'd recommend Sheehy's to anyone!

very bad dealership to deal with from sales to service never fixed anything under warranty when i knew there was something wrong i was a year going back and forward and getting told there was nothing wrong.so i went to another skoda dealer and there was many easy problems to spot things needed to be fixed to stop my car going off the road.these other problems were spotted after two mins driving the car in the other dealership
Computer Says NO! Everything looks great from the outside but dont expect to find a good mechanic in here. For the previous 2 years the car was serviced regular as clockwork with Sheehys. In June this year, I highlighted that my car had a shudder and was loosing power 3 times. Each time I spent more money on servicing and was told there was no problem. When the engine lights came on becuase of the problem, I went back to Sheehys and another 300 later I was told it was now fixed. I hadnt driven 20 mins from the garage and the problem was back. I had to go to a different garage and the issue was diagnosed and solved within hours. The reply I got from Darran was they can only fix what they can see! To these guys it doesnt matter if you tell them about a problem, it doesnt matter to them that another garage could diagnose something that they missed! Unless a computer tells them what to do, dont expect anything from these guys.
Sheehy's Naas was the Worst company i have ever had to deal with in all my life. I received Notification from my Lease Company that i had to take my Car for a service on Friday 24th to Sheehys for its first service. My Lease company arranged a replacement car while mine was being serviced. I was then informed by my own company that i was scheduled to work in Waterford on the 24th so i made a call to Sheehys and explained that i would need the car till Monday And I said if this was going to be a problem I would rebook service the lady I spoke with said she would get someone to call me back, they called me back and again I explained the situation to him he said it would not be a problem as long as I had the Car back by 8.30 Monday morning. I agreed to this and confirmed the arrangement. On Friday morning I arrived at Sheehys at 8.30 and reported to Service booking Desk we went through the details and I signed the documents for the agreed service then the Service guy disappeared for about 10 minutes and went into another office which I presume was the service manager s office. The young man returned and asked me to go with him to the Manager who handed me the phone to speak to the Lease company which I did and I then explained what I had arranged with Sheehys the day before. The conclusion was I left Sheehys without my car being serviced and arranged for my Lease Company to book the service for another day but NOT at Sheehys in Naas. I had driven out of my way to Sheehy's to drop off the vehicle and collect...a total waste of time!
Drove down from Dublin to hopefully buy a merc amg only to discover it was an English import. Was not advertised as import turned out to be a wasted journey. Y not .
Very poor sales men, not friendly at all. Im 24 and i went in looking at buying a new car and I wasn't taking very seriously. Didn't want anything to do with me. Never buying a car off them. Wouldn't recommend them at all.
Always get the job done but maybe slipping in to celtic tiger ways. I.E customer service take it or leave it attitude and prices creeping up. The main reason I use them is they get the job done quick and get you home and collect you at their expense.
I bought a car with warranty from Sheehy Vw But when I needed warranty work done they made me wait about a month to do the work. Finally when warranty work day came they didn t do anything and said car had no issues which it clearly had.
This happened twice!!
I ended up going to independent garage and they fixed the issues.
Great place, great service from sales department, service department is average customer service wise. Washed and cleaned my car with maintenance service. Nice to get a clean car back.
I am absolutely disgusted with Sheehy Motors in Naas. A number of weeks ago, my car failed its NCT due to a leaking shock absorber. You d think it would be a pretty straightforward thing to change, and that it wouldn t cost the earth, wouldn t you?
Well, I rang Sheehy Motors - who had serviced the car a few months ago - and the lady on the phone gave me a price for the job of 686, to cover the supply and fitting of two new shock absorbers. I confirmed this with her at least twice during and at the end of our call. Happy with that, I booked in the car to be repaired.
This morning, I turned up as arranged, and was asked to sign a document allowing the technicians to work on the car. I asked why the price was not listed on the page. The administrator then said that the price was 1,100 !!!! When I said that the price was already agreed, he said no, the parts alone would cost over 750. It just seems so underhand to me that they would give a verbal price and then try to charge so much more. I took my keys and went to another garage, getting them done for 320 less. I always knew they were expensive, but I ll never use them again. This is my fifth Skoda and I have never had any trouble with the cars, only the local dealership.
Have been going here for years, love the personal service & nothing is too much trouble when my car needs care. I love the lift home & collection service.
Having bought a car from Greg at the start of the year, I can genuinely say he made the experience excellent. He took time to ensure I was getting everything I asked for, kept me fully updated throughout the cars build and made the delivery of the car a memory I won't forget. It was the friendly, personal approach that made all the difference.
When I needed some maintenance done on my car, Jason (warranty work) took time to correctly ensure we identified all the concerns. He has given me regular updates and very honest answers. Throughout my experiences with Sheehy VW over the last 15years, they've never let me down. A real credit to the VW brand.
