Shazam Kianpour by far exceeded my expectations! I am a CDL driver for charter company. I had a minor fender bender with a company vehicle and received a 4 point ticket. My driving job is my livelihood, and already having another violation on my record it was imperative to get this reduced. Mr. Kianpour was able to get the ticket reduced to one point, saving my career. I am very grateful to Mr. Kianpour (as well as staff) for the hands on personal approach and open communication. Based on my personal experience with Shazam I believe the majority of these reviews are fake . To me, it felt as if I had two DA's . He didn't fight for me at all.. In fact, he had no backbone whatsoever in the court room . I fired him from adams county jail & hired another attorney . Over a simple marijuana case which could've easily been beat. He wouldn't even try to have it lowered to a misdemeanor and only spoke to the DA less then 30 sec .. He didn't try to offer alternatives to a felony sentencing . He went right along with whatever the DA offered . This guy is a legal crook . I had the opportunity to meet with another client that sought legal assistance from this firm. She got a year in adams co jail for her 2nd dui .. These people will Take your money and laugh when you suffer. Cold blooded .. The next one I hired I was able to get the felony lifted after the 2nd court appearance . I would never recommend Shazam or this firm !!!!! Horrible experience !

Recently I interviewed with 5 attorneys to try my case. During my visits to these different attorneys Shazam spent the most time with me, asked me the most questions and was documenting everything said. His explanations were real and to the point whether I wanted to hear them or not. He made sure I understood the different angles that could be played and what points of my case were strong vs weak. In the end I chose Shazam because of a few different reason but the ability to reach him at any time of day or night week day or weekend was impressive as well. Nothing worse than feeling like you cant do that with your attorney. He compensation was very competitive for his expertise and knowledge of the law. This guy milks the system to be in his favor he truly put his neck out for me multiple times and kept in great contact and explained every detail of the judicial system to my understanding. At first I was a little taken by the name but after contacting and discussing my case with him, I thought how appropriate it was for this enthusiastic, knowledgeable and sincere attorney. The initial verdict, although appropriate, presented some real problems for me. On his own he went back and got a revision that I am very satisfied with. No hidden charges, just results.

I admit mistakes happen and I was one that did something I shouldn t have. I was looking at a misdemeanor and thought my life and career would be over. Jason helped calm my nerves and yet was very honest with all outcomes. If you want sugar coating, you may want to reevaluate why you are hiring an attorney to begin with. I would rather take tough love and transparency rather than someone telling me things I only wanted to hear.

Jason was very thorough and explained not only all the outcomes but also addressed any concerns I had. He didn t sugar coat it but he did always have a good explanation of why things would/could go certain ways. I was glad cause I at least knew the worst case outcome but if you asked him his honest opinion he would give it to you.

With that being said he got the misdemeanor reduced down to two different plea deals with both pros and cons. I took the reduced to a petty offense plea for my own personal reasons. This whole experience was eye opening over a mistake. However, I am glad Jason and the Shazam Law team helped me through it. Mr. Kianpur is a very good attorney and what I consider a value for the dollars spent. He represented my son in an arrest that included 7 charges of which 2 were felony charges. At the end of the day my son had only 1 misdemeanor charge against him and very small fines.

He will be very straight with you about your situation and tell you the truth up front. He is a good example of over-delivering while not making huge promises.

I was recently pulled over on HWY36 for doing 87 in a 55 (construction zone) as well as following too close. Not having been pulled over in a long time and NEVER for this type of infraction i was quite nervous about what my future in driving would be. I read the laws in CO and the punishments and well i was even more nervous. I called a few attorneys as i knew the only way out of this, i was going to need some experienced help. I did not know who to call. I searched the internet, called 4 attorneys. Carlos was one of the persons i spoke with. Right off the bat i felt confident he was going to take care of things for me more so than the other people i spoke with and he was very informative. My ticket was for 10pts. Carlos and his team were able to get the ticket reduced to 2pts and the speeding and following to closely dropped. I did have to take a faulty vehicle and still pay the double fine but all in all i could not have gotten that type of judgement on my own. I could not have asked for a better attorney or results. Shazam was an excellent lawyer. I was in trouble out of state and had no idea what lawyer to chose for my case, after seeing a handful of other options he felt the most genuine like he was actually going to try for my case and made me feel very confident as long as I did my part with rehab he could lessen the offense. I just got off probation and now what could of been a felony or 2 years in jail is a closed case and able to be expunged. A bit more expensive then some of the other lawyers I met with, but he really made me feel like he was there for me through the whole process with checking up on me and following up on all the pretrial work. Also very good with returning calls within a day or few hours.

Shazam Kianpour was able to help a friend out that had found herself in a bit of trouble when she pulled over and suspected of being high on cannabis while driving. She was pretty freaked out by the whole situation, and Shazam was able to quickly help her understand what she might be faced with in terms of criminal charges, and how best to proceed with him providing legal counsel. I could not be happier with our choice. I never expected someone to be so responsive. Any time an email was sent it was answered the same day, or Shazam would call us in person! We occasionally talked to his wonderful staff if they needed something from us. The attorney himself calling us back was AMAZING.

When we met with Shazam in person, he was very upfront. He tells you his fee and that's it, nothing changes, no hidden charges.

He was very blunt about the seriousness of my son's charges. He told us best and worst case scenarios. He gave us strategies to help his case, and things to start prior to court.

I was on a business trip in Denver, and for no fault of mine, I was booked under "unlawful contact" case. It was a wrongful sex accusation case. I have family & kids and had no idea what I was going thru. The way the Police wrote the case, it would make any one feel that I was wrong and it forced us to take this to Jury Trial. Being an introvert person, I felt ashamed of myself because trial includes showing up in front of many people. For next 8-10 months, I was very very worried and was under lot of depression thinking that I could end-up in jail for 2 years. As soon as the case was booked on me, though under lot of depression the only good thing that I did was, I somehow I got in touch with Mr. Shazam (thru google). He studied my case so thoroughly that at the end he knew many new things about my case, which I myself wasn't aware of. He charged me a reasonable and fair flat rate, but he and his staff were still always available to answer questions and consult politely, knowledgeably and with respect. HORRIBLE AND LAZY SERVICE!!!!! I went to Shazam for a domestic violence case which I was completely innocent. This guy really had the nerve to tell me to take a plead deal, after he got paid, when there was no evidence against me at all. I honestly felt like he was being lazy so I fired him to beat the case with a public defender. I've never had anything on my record prior to the charge. I was in his office so furious when he told me to take the plead because there was absolutely no way I was going to get charged for something that 1. I didn't even do!! And 2. There was NO EVIDENCE!!! I would NEVER recommend this law firm to any of my friends or family. Guy is only out there to break pockets and do some lazy work. If you would like to get charged for the crime you have not committed then these are your guys!!
