I recently had an experience with a software company. Their services were satisfactory, but they lacked innovation. The customer support was good, but the products could have been of better quality.

Quality of the software is bad. Reasons as mentioned below:

MMS:
1. Doesn't work on latest Chrome and doesn't work on Mozilla at all.
2. Software is not well designed. If you have to edit a field one has to click the field, then make the enter the value to be changed and then press EDIT. It sounds as if one is pressing edit twice.
3. One cannot use keyboard to make requisition, indent, PO etc. One has to keep using the mouse.
3. Software keeps hanging when being used on the internet.

The Company is also very indifferent to suggestions and worst of all the implementation and support team are very bad.
