I went in to Blooms the Chemist at Kenmore today and received absolutely awesome service from Jodie. Thank you so much you really went above and beyond to help get the products that I wanted, very much appreciated.

Fabulous service. I had enquired about a flu vaccine. They called me as soon as the stock was in. The person administering the vaccine was professional and friendly. Love the new shop layout too!
Buy all my sons diabetes supplies, get regular medications and flu shots at this chemist. Always find the staff very helpful and informative. Has been a smooth transition with the change to Blooms pharmacy.

This has been my family pharmacy for years. I was a little apprehensive when there was a change of ownership latterly, however they had the good sense to retain the original staff where possible, so the comfortable 'family' feel is still there. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, obliging and capable, and do their utmost to give quick service, and limit a customer's waiting time. This is not easy, because it is one of the most popular pharmacies I know of - and it is easy to understand why.

On Sunday the 22nd Sep, we went to the local chemist, now taken over by Blooms to buy something. There was only 1 counter open, operated by Jan H, who was busy gossiping with a customer, who she seemed to know. Whilst, there were 3 other customers waiting to be served.
On being requested to get another staff member, she gave a classic response "As you can see Sir!, there is only me serving today", and Jan H promptly went back to gossping whilst 3 customers waited!!
Then she behaved in a manner which can only be called rude and arrogant, she proceeded to gossip more and eventually finished, deliberately slowly.
We have frequented this chemist for over 18 years as it has gone through various chains, this is the first bad experience after Blooms has taken over.
