First, I paid for a collection bin for my home-injection needles. Then, I pay for a return label online to ship the full collection bin to be properly recycled. Here I am thinking I've done a good job safely disposing of my needles, when it turns out this company just doesn't have their act together! It has taken over a month to get my return label. I ultimately had to download the image (after 3 attempts to get it mailed to me) and take it to a printing service and pay a third time to get these needles off my hands. What a ton of effort for something that should be really simple. Never again!

this is sharp collection and recovery system that I started to use it since 3 years replacing my old stericycle who were charging me too much. now sharps compliance cost me maximum 270 dollars a year. Our company has been working with sharps for a long time, and we can always notice when there's a new staff which happens often. The new staff usually doesn't know what to do with our account and delays happen most of the time. It seems like they are changing their staff often and the new ones are not properly trained.

We needed to dispose of some expired controlled drugs from our veterinary hospital and the process was made simple and straightforward. I was able to speak to a representative whenever I called and also able to communicate via email with multiple employees. The process of placing the order was easy and I even received a coupon. Filling out the inventory form for the controlled substances was more involved, but it was explained clearly and I was able to complete it without issue. Shipping the medications back was a breeze and I received notice of their destruction within a timely manner.

This company doesn't respond and act fast to customer's requests and will keep you waiting for some time.
