Loved my experience with Tom Gettler. I was looking at a used car online and went to the dealer just to see colors in person, and ended up getting a new car! Tom was very helpful, fair, and (important to me) not 'pushy'. He worked with us to make the process go smoothly. I will be checking with Tom first next time I am in the market for a car!
Could not recommend Sharp Honda enough to anyone who owns a Honda vehicle. Robby and Mark in there service department always go above and beyond with customer service any time I bring my vehicle in for both regular oil changes or the unexpected flat tire. Went there to look at the 2021 odyssey s. Ended up leaving same day with one. The sales team there is great and not pushy like some other dealerships I ve been to. I worked with Ryan. He was eager to earn my business but not pushy or inexperienced. I told him what I needed and he was able to get it done. If I had to buy the same car again I would buy from sharp Honda. They never once made me feel uncomfortable or that I was being pressured to buy that day. The deal on my car was just that good I couldn t walk.
Came in with a vehicle in mind and in a hurry. They worked with my information and were able to find a deal! Vehicle was priced fairly and they were able to give me money for my trade in. Very satisfied with Scott and Sharp Honda and I will go back there one day to buy another!

Bought a Jeep from Ryan this last weekend. Great experience going through the process of negotiating the purchase and offered a fair amount for my trade.
The next day, a check engine light came on. Took it back to Sharp and talked with Robby in the service department. Great service center. They fixed my issue (thermostat so no way to know that was going to happen) quickly. 5 star service all together.
I will start with the positive. I had a great experience in purchasing the brand new CRV. I returned for service due to some issues. In general Service area is very nice, customer service people are excellent..... But I had some service issues 1. The sunroof was making noises ( under warranty). They couldn't fix it after two tries. Instead I have grease marks on my ceiling. I can still hear the grinding noise. 2. The gas tank got punctured from something on the highway, we took it back for replacement. I paid full price, after 2 days the tank was replaced but when you insert a gas nozzle with coils the gas tank would grab the nozzle and would not release. This happened right after the repair while trying to fill the tank. My wife was told that this was normal and she forced the nozzle too much by the service manager, who had to come to gas station and take the nozzle out with the help of a knife. Since this is my wife's car I didn't realize what a pain it was till I tried to fill the tank. I took it back to Sharp Honda and found out they forgot to install a piece. I had to go back twice to get it repaired. Guess what, when I took the car back home we found grease marks on my leather seats. I still have free oil change there, I am not sure If I want to take my car back. My wife feels like if you are a woman you will get "blond" treatment.. Not that I fared better as you can see from the grease marks from the last visit...
Robbie, Mark, and Andrew takes great care of our cars . This is a cool place and even better with new dealership. I liked the paint in the bathroom better at the old dealership though. Parts Department is awesome thanks to Trevor.
I had a very unusual issue with updating my mapping navigation that didn't go as easily as inserting the updated disk that I purchased. After many visits to Honda to figure out why this wasn't going as smoothly as planned, Duron Ortega, their Technician finally figured out the issue. I am now able to see my radio display, sync and answer my cellphone and use my navigation when traveling. Thank you all for going above and beyond to figure out the issue. You guys are the BEST!!
